Really easy to get to from the airport. Hotel is close to bus stop and also the train station. Hotel was really modern and had good facilities which surprised me for an "airport" hotel. Check-in was easy. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable (although I thought the pillows were flat and uncomfortable). Overall, good value; ideal for a one-nighter or layover.

Ce que j’ai aimé: La propreté de l’hôtel car c’est encore neuf. Le système de machine à café hors de la chambre disponible pour les clients avec du vrai café. Le petit déjeuner est correct aussi Ce que j’ai moins bien aimé : L’accueil impersonnel, la réception n’était pas très accueillante.

The hotel was a faily standard airport hotel. The aircon worked which was essential in the sever heatwave that was affecting the country when we were there. The rooms were clean and modern, but had few facilities to make life more confortable. My view was also influenced by the hotels.com app saying that one of the benefits of teh hotel was that there was no charge for you dog staying, which is why I chose it over alternatives. The hotel insisted this was a mistake and I had to pay of the dog on arrival. and hotels.com have done nothing to correct this position. I no longer trist hotels.com and their willingness to correct obvious mistakes they have made.

Das gym was so gut auf den Bildern aussieht ist leider nicht verfügbar da es noch kein gym in diesem Hotel gibt, was sehr ärgerlich ist da ich Hotels nur mit gym buche , als Entschädigung gab es nix oder 2 frei Getränke an der Bar , sehr schade

This hotel is new and unfortunately it has quite a lot to adjust to be anywhere the standard of Radisson hotels. Our check in was good and the staff was professional. The room, while well appointed was lacking a coffee machine and the tv was not functioning. The front desk explained that coffee machines had not yet been delivered and that coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby... A minor inconvenience one can understand. Later we noticed the shower was not draining and had not been properly cleaned, finding previous guest hair all over the floor as water rose. That is when an ok experience turned into a nightmare. We informed the front desk of our issue and were offered a different room. That next room however was a connecting room which could not be locked so we requested a different room and were finally moved to a room at the far end of the property, smaller than what we booked, and right next to the AC heat pump. The noise was unbearable. It was like sleeping in a plane. In the morning, after barely sleeping due to noise, we found the 24/7 coffee machine undergoing maintenance, and a sad breakfast box with not enough food for 2 people. Additionally we had to argue with the shuttle driver because the hotel did not communicate them that our ride had been compensated. Overall an absolutely disappointing experience. I'm sure the hotel will eventually get it sorted but at this time, it is not ready to receive guests.

The hotel itself is not bad and the location is good, but unfortunately my overall experience was very disappointing. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the gym, as the website indicated that it was available. However, upon arrival I discovered that it was still closed. Had I known this in advance, I would have booked a different hotel. The check-in process was also frustrating. The self-service kiosks in the lobby were very slow, creating long queues, and the staff assisting guests appeared extremely stressed and impatient, likely due to the number of people waiting. To make matters worse, a fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, waking me up along with the entire hotel. The following morning, while I was taking a shower, a member of the housekeeping staff entered my room at around 10:00 AM without knocking or giving any warning. This was completely unacceptable. I expected much better from a Radisson Blu hotel.
