The room itself was excellent, very comfortable, beautifully furnished, with a very comfy bed and oversized bathroom. It was very dark and completely silent - we slept in and almost missed checking out because we were so comfortable! Absolutely amazing. The checkin staff provided excellent service, followed by introducing ourselves and leading us to our room.

I changed my original hotel reservation to the toren primarily because it was more central and also a boutique hotel which i usually prefer. Im glad ive made the change. It only took me over 15 minutes to walk from the train central station to this hotel. The checkin process was quick, and the staff was friendly and showed me to my room while reviewing their services. A nice touch was scribbled in the room. I was in room 115 on the first floor, one floor above the main. Although small, it is cozy and comfortable, with oversized bathrooms. Both the bed and sheets were very soft. There was bottle water, tv, mini fridge, couple of free pops, coffee and tea maker. Breakfast was provided in advance and prepared to order with attentive service. Good selection and easy to place your order exactly what you want. During my threenight stay, the location proved to be ideal, as it wasnt far from most attractions, even everything in amsterdam is nearby. My only minor complaint was the slow speed of their internet service, which was barely 2 Mbps, but was fine for basic email and browsing, however not great for streaming or videos. While ill not anticipate super fast speeds, overall it fell significantly slower than most hotels ives stayed at in 2023. Apart from that, there was an excellent experience and

I had a great time staying at the toren. The staff is friendly and helpful. Comfortable and attractive room. It had everything i needed and had plenty of space. No noise issues or complaints. Overall, the premises had an excellent look and decor style. Food was delicious and the lounge was nice, quiet and relaxing. Perfect location. 20 minutes walk to the center of amsterdam, not right in the middle of it busy, it is right next to beautiful canals, bridges and small shops. Also he is m 30 walk from the rijksmuseum and surrounding area. Very good value for money and lives up to his high rating.

The rooms were very spacious for the city of amsterdam. The location is ideal for exploring the quieter outer rings and beautiful jordaan doorstep. Beds are very comfortable and rooms very quiet. Highend bath products with luxury bathrooms. Staff service was great, especially linda!.

Our time at this hotel was wonderful. Everyone here was incredibly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They recommended several restaurants to us and advised us on where to go. The rooms are pleasant, some are better than others, but overall theyre good. Its in a great location. There is no better, more central location to visit in the city of amsterdam.

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff was really helpful and kind. The lovely christmas decorations were very appealing to me. It added sultry holiday flair to the hotel. Both the bathroom and room were immaculate. I even received perks like i got reclassified to opulent rooms. Will return!.

Hotel yang bagus, staf yang ramah dan profesional. Sangat bersih. Sarapan enak dengan banyak pilihan. Ruang makan dan bar yang bagus. Dekat dengan semua tempat dan banyak trem untuk pergi lebih jauh. Jika kita berada di Amsterdam lagi, hotel ini adalah tempat kita pasti akan tinggal.

Our bartenders, mario, kelly, and tony, were fantastic. They served the best cocktails ever with warmth and expertise. Their sense of humor is excellent. Youll be laughing all night. Crete, Sardinia, Patagonia. Visit the restaurant at the torren for a laugh!.

I have stayed here twice on my two trips to holland because i adore this hotel so much. The personnel are excellent, efficient, and considerate. Cleanliness is maintained and the rooms are cozy. They even have bikes available for you to use and cycle around in this fantastic location.

A cozy hotel that is conveniently located near the city center. We were accommodated in a different building for checkin and bar, but only ten doors away. You are close enough to everything to walk. The bar and lounge area is small but comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Although smaller than expected, the room was functional, if tastier. Decor is neobaroque and feels reminiscent of the continental style from the John Wick movies!.

The location is right on the canal, next to great cafes (oslo has delicious coffee just a block away) and shops. We had vista of the water and it was quite most of our time. Toren is divided into two buildings. Our building was in the second one (not the one with the main lobby). Our structure had an elevator. The building and room were beautiful inside and well maintained. Service was excellent. I asked for cot and they delivered it to my room before i arrived.

This hotel is a boutique type of hotel located on the canal. The location is great and the service is very friendly. There are almost more bed and breakfast styles than hotels. In the evening, there is an excellent lounge area for breakfast and drinks. Get i s view of the water!.
