The following house rules apply during your stay:

Downloading copyrighted films, music, games, software, etc.

*The illegal downloading via the Internet of copyrighted films, music, games, software, etc. is strictly prohibited

Partying and disturbance

*Misuse of alcohol inside or outside the accommodation is not allowed and, in addition, parties causing a disturbance (inside or outside the accommodation) are not permitted. No noise or disturbance should ever be caused during the day or evening. From 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., we ask our guests to keep all noise to a minimum

Frying and fonduing with fat, gourmets and stone grills, etc.

* Deep-frying and fonduing with fat, gourmets and stone grills, etc. are ALL allowed inside the accommodation, but please protect the dining tables with the tablecloths/cork mats and turn on the extraction fan (above the sink) and open the windows please

Pets

*Pets are allowed in our accommodations only after consultation and may never be left unattended and are not allowed on the beds. Pets must always be walked off the premises

Smoking

* Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation. Please smoke outside (in the garden, a small bucket can be found under the kitchen window)

Damage

*The tenant is fully liable for any damage and must report it to us before departure. For small ‘accidents’ with glassware and crockery, there is a collection tin in the pantry where you can make a donation

Garden

*Parasols should be brought inside at night and also when it rains or storms
