My stay there was excellent. The location is ideal for exploring the city, although the rooms view isnt particularly lovely. However, aside from that, i had a great time there!.

This place has a great location, right in the heart of the city. The view from the 19th floor is amazing. Its surrounded by beautiful scenery. Nice size room with living area and small kitchen. However, the downside is that the uphill walk and road work in this area can be problematic. On the lower floor, there might be some problems. Another issue is the couch in our room was tad moldy and didnt appear to be very clean.

The hotel is quite quiet, and the rooms are quite complete. After, you can also buy some chinese food here. Subsequently, theres a super league in china just stepping away. Thereafter, its really handy for traveling and shopping. Hereafter it is strategically located in the city center and close to the airport bus.

There was a mix up with the accommodation, but it was resolved. Then, close to the ferry port. After, excellent pubs with friendly personnel. Subsequently, the sky tower is tastier, however, its still reasonably priced.

The kitchen supplies are complete, but the hygiene needs to be improved. The location is very convenient. Queen street sky tower is only a short walk away. Very polite and friendly receptionist.

It once again feels at home. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, with one bedroom and one living room, each fully furnished, including a dryer and washing machine, an electric towel rack, settees, dining tables, and stocked kitchenware.

This place is highly recommended. We stayed in two apartments, each with a private bathroom. The kitchen is wellequipped. Due to the construction on Albert street at the moment, access is currently restricted, but dont let that stop you from enjoying it. A superette is close by, and theres tasty shops around the corner and he has hollywood cafe next door.

Excellent location, roomy accommodations, and apartmentlike atmosphere in the center of auckland. I appreciated the washer/dryer, even though it was challenging to use and we needed assistance. The staff went above and beyond to assist! Given how ecoconscious new zealand is, i was disappointed to see singleuse toiletries instead of dispensers. Everything you might need is in this room. It was really cozy. Very conveniently located. Restaurants and the harbor are both within walking distance.

The apartment boasts excellent amenities. For the four of us, we reserved the deluxe 2 bedroom suite. It features two bedrooms with queen beds, two bathrooms, a living room, dining space, and en suite kitchen facilities including utensils such as dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. Within walking distance to the majority of restaurants and sky tower.

The service is better than before, especially the indian lady at the front desk. However, the road at its entrance has been repaired for several years. People who are unfamiliar with the apartment can hardly drive to the entrance of the flat, park in the nearby parking lot, and then pull their luggage to check in.

The hotel is currently in a bit of shambles due to road construction in front of it. Convenient location for sightseeing and shopping downtown. There are only 4-5 suites per floor, and the concrete hallway walls give off utmost isolation. The suite was more than adequate - with en suite bathrooms, i.E., full kitchen, living room, washing machine, corner next door, good breakfast spot.

I would definitely recommend it for its location and amazing daytime and night views! The location makes this place shine, just a few minutes from the ferry and the Britomart transport centre, trains and buses going everywhere. The staff were very friendly, and our manager was from one of the friendly islands of fiji. There werent many staff, so service might require patience. Rooms have everything you need for if you want to stay longer, laundry washing machine, even smallest dishwasher, iron, mini fridge, microwave and stove and oven, hair dryer, safe, closet. Has stunning views of waiheke island harbour bridge and sky tower, perfect for anyone connecting to the boat service to waikake Island. Priced accordingly.

The location was excellent, it was in the heart of the city. Near many stores. The room is nice, spotless, and roomy. Negative i. When he first checked in (we reserved two rooms), they gave us a room that was already occupied by other guests. In the middle of all night, the fire alarm was turned off. And we had to leave the building as well. We had an extremely long wait when we needed to return to our room because the lift was only 2. Our table lamp in this room broke down when it came time to plug in. Also, because our electricity died in our chamber, they had moved us to another room. I reserved one room for three people, but the new room only accommodated two people. At 5 oclock, everyone woke up when the receptionist knocked on our door. Additionally, when you answer our doors, there is snobbish man who appears to be drunk and asks us whether we are familiar with the person. After we told him we didnt know him, she just said okay and left. This was probably my worst hotel stay, even though we only stayed there for one night.

Roadworks：
There are currently roadworks being undertaken in front of the hotel as part of the city's underground rail development with closures on Albert St. Hotel will continue to work closely with Auckland City Council to keep disturbance to a minimum.
Parking：
If you are driving, you can park in the Wilson's Car Parking area, just a few steps away from the apartment building. Parking height is 1.8 meters only and the charges are $35 per night, which can be paid at the hotel reception on arrival. You will then get a parking voucher which needs to be displayed on your car dashboard for the entire duration of your stay. No pre-booking is required. The entrance to the parking is from Durham Street West (the second left at the end of the lane). You can park on any slot which says 'Reserved for Barclay Suites 24/7'. You can park your car first, and then walk to the hotel. There is no vehicular access from Albert Street - due to the current CRL works. You have to enter Durham Street West from Queen Street.
Walkway：
If the walkway is blocked due to the construction, please come down to Durham Lane opposite to City Life Hotel then turn left from The Coffee Club and walk up the stairs to the hotel. The reception team will then provide you with a car parking voucher.2022-07-28 - 2026-12-31
