⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Unique and Memorable Stay Galaxy Hotel is a truly unique and charming boutique property. The hotel is petite, cozy, and beautifully designed, creating a very special atmosphere. What made the stay unforgettable was the incredible roof window above the room. Being able to lie in bed and look directly at the night sky was magical. Lake Tekapo is famous for its dark skies, and the rooftop window gave me a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the stars from the comfort of my room. The experience felt peaceful, intimate, and unlike any other hotel stay I’ve had. If you’re looking for something special and want to experience the beauty of the night sky, I highly recommend Galaxy Hotel. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Galaxy Boutique Hotel -A very nice place to stay. A summary: - Pre-arrival contact: We were contacted before our arrival to confirm the booking, etc.; - Parking: the hotel offers free onsite parking for guests. - Check-in: Check-in was very efficient and helpful. - Room readiness: The hotel appears very new. The room was ready and very well presented. The rooms have an amazing view of the mountains and lake from large windows. - Bathroom + toiletries: the bathroom was very clean and the toiletries were very nice; - Storage/cupboards: There was clothes hanging space and drawers. - Tea and coffee making: There was tea and coffee making and a small refrigerator. - Bed: The bed was very nice to sleep in. - Pillows: There were 2 pillows per person. - Locality/restaurants/shops: The location is a short drive to the centre of town. There are many restaurants, shops, cafe's and convenience stores. Hotel dining - the hotel offers breakfast in the dining room or delivered in your room. Highly recommended.

Perfect location. Highly recommend the rooms with the sky view, even though it was really cloudy out the window we could see so many stars through the skylight which was really magical. Would love to have stayed for longer!

An enjoyable overnight stay- very comfortable bed with great sheets - liked the fact you could open the windows. No issues with the Wi-Fi and breakfast was good with several choices. Overall - very good.

Room was great for a family of 4, bathroom was roomy. We had the option of taking breakfast in room or going to the dining room. We even had a view of lake Tekapo. The property was just 2 minute drive to market, restaurants, cafe shop, lake front playground for kids and tour guide operators. Great spot, just a little pricey

Great location. There is a ramp or stairs to reception and rooms. Breakfast was good, we chose to have it delivered to the room and sit and eat while enjoying the view. Easy walk to shops/restaurants and the Church of the Good Shepherd.
