Lokasi hotelnya strategis, berada di tepi danau yang indah. Kamar hotelnya nyaman dan bersih. Pelayanannya bagus dan cepat. Kamarnya kedap suara sehingga sangat nyaman. Selain itu, juga memiliki pemandangan yang keren-keren.

Hotel Novotel memiliki suasana yang seru karena terletak di tepi Danau Rorua dan dikelilingi oleh-oleh fasilitas hiburan disekitarnya. Saya suka dengan fasilitas kamar, hanya saja mini bar dikenakan biaya dan ada indomie di dalam kamar. Harapannya standar hotel di sana, scramble egg, kentang, roti, sereal dan lainlain. Jika saya ke sana lagi, saya berharap mendapatkan kamar dengan jendela langsung menghadap danau.

There are many more across the street. Also, there is a nice park in the opposite direction next to a huge lake with playgrounds for children. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a buffet for breakfast and dinner.

I booked a spa bath room for us and they were also kind and helpful, they also took our trash and gave us more coffee pods. And they gave towels so we can take them as it was being serviced every second day.

The staff is helpful and the hotel is really good to walk around the rotor, with the city mall right next to it. Even with the upgrade going on, the hotel stay is not compromised and good standards are maintained.

We will certainly return. We had a double room, which was very spacious, with extremely comfy mattresses. Although the lakefront view was slightly tattered by a tree, we had a wonderful view of the steaming polynesian pools and museum buildings. Despite frequent staff cuts, the bathroom was in decent condition, and everything was spotless. Despite frequent staff shortages, the entire facility was tidy. The swimming pool is exceptional, with ample space and a nice, safe swimming pool area. The gardens of flowers and mari motifs really enhance the tourist experience. The staff was very friendly, and even when one of them admitted it was his first day, the service was excellent, warm, and flawless.

Overall I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. The room was quiet at night and very comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and well-kept, lots of towels. Free breakfast for booking directly with the hotel was a nice bonus.

A wonderful hotel for both pets and kids. Our week-long visit here was wonderful. All of the thoughtful details that make it special are all considered by them. Lovely, spotless accommodations. The kids adored the spa, pool, and play areas. Pet-friendly lodgings are separate from the main complex, making it easy to get outside for dogs pistols. We thought the pampered pet package was a fantastic deal for our four-legged family.

You guys have a nice room overlooking the lake. Very quiet and big. The room was immaculate, and the views were amazing. I have a problem with my safe, since our attitude was inept, and someone immediately came up and helped us. Very friendly staff who are willing to help. Breakfast was extensive and a pleasure by the pool. The pool and changing rooms were immaculate, and the water was hot. Hot pools are a wonderful remedy for aches after a lengthy flight. The bed was the most comfortable weve ever had in a hotel. Bravo Rotor, we will happily return to this hotel.

Situated next to the park and museum until close. The foyer and communal areas were absolutely beautiful with mari art and carvings. The room had two double beds comfortable with lots of blankets. There were the usual to and coffee maker, but the major letdown was the bathroom. We were very small children and it was awkward for adults to use. The shower curtain had seen better days and the shower fittings were rusty. I don't use the restaurant so can't comment.
