We stayed at this motel on a tour of the north island while visiting rapier. It's a short drive from rapier, but there are some places to eat and drink nearby and a good pub. The host was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The unit was small but suitable for our needs with a large flatscreen television, comfy bed, and a small kitchen area for cooking. There was a small outdoor sitting area, a swimming pool, and an aviary which was a nice touch and it was nice to hear them sing in the morning. Fast free internet was also provided. Two minor complaints were that the shower was bad, it was difficult to get a decent temperature and good pressure and we were near to a children's trampoline that children used until early in the evening so if your looking for peace and quiet and not traveling with kids, this might be a problem unless you get a different unit. Fortunately, it was quiet after about 10 p.m. I would happily stay here again if visiting rapier as it's cheap, cheerful, easy to find, and the host was friendly and inviting.

This hotel offers affordable rates. The hotel is close to the sea on foot only a 2-minute walk, and it has a good location for the airport just 5 minutes away. You can access the main town on foot in 10 minutes. The personnel was really kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and have warm heaters and electric blankets for winter with flat screen TV with sky, a cozy bed, and a little, basic kitchenette. The decor in the room is a bit dated and outdated, but for the quality, it was the ideal choice for my brief stay.

This hotel has good value for the money, this hotel is very trusted, I chose this hotel over time. It's close to the airport, offers quality fish and chips, a big screen, and a pool to make the best of the weather

The sunset court staff was amazing, and they were really helpful and friendly. The room was spotless, tidy, and spacious. It was fantastic to have my cute dogs come to visit me for a few nights. I would recommend and hope to come back.

The quality of the room was very good and the staff was very accommodating, we got a room facing the road so there's no need to sleep because the noise from traffic late at night and early in the morning. You can also get away from the street if you plan to stay there. Everything is ready and they provide excellent service.
