I am sure this was a gorgeous hotel before, but they have gone overboard. When we arrived, we were led to a lovely room on ith floor with a view of the harbor. But as we had reserved a double, we were requested to be relocated. We were then shown to room 201, which looked nice enough. When we came back around 11 p. M., it felt like we had entered a nightclub. The noise was terrible and continued until early at night. We were then awakened by street noise at am. We requested to be relocated the following morning but there were no twin rooms. On our afternoon stroll, we came across the back of the hotel and realized that our room was directly above a restaurant bar that closed at am on weekends See photo. The bar singer made a terrible noise when we got back to our room in the late afternoon. We again requested to be relocated, but there were no other twin rooms. The bed was too small for my companion and me, but the bed was too small. The receptionists were very sympathetic and aware of the noise, but they were unable to act. It continued until about am when we returned after supper. The bar was closed the following evening, Sunday. Yay! No, the bar deliveries began between am and am the following morning and ended until six october 6 a.m.

My wife and I recently stayed here for two nights. It's an older hotel that is in excellent shape and well-appointed. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and tourist attractions. We stayed in a standard-classic room. The bedroom was sufficient for suitcase storage. The restroom was a little small, not much space to place things on the sink. The shower operated well, but a halfhour left water on the bathroom floor. A wonderful breakfast buffet was included in our room rate, with a wide variety and a very high-quality menu. For early departure, takeout is available. The staff at the front desk were competent, pleasant, and helpful. The room was also well maintained by cleaning. If we visited a stranger again, we would without a doubt stay here.4.6/530 Apr 2023

One of the finest lodgings I have ever had is The Odent Hotel Stranger. First, the general hotel cleanliness and meals, particularly breakfast due to fresh foods such as smoked salmon, herrings, raw shrimp and tuna, cold cuts, various types of savory norwegian and international cheese Italian grand piano too boil and scramble eggs, omelette, many fresh steamed and raw vegetables, salad, jams, croissants, nutella, and so on. The hotel's location in the heart of stranger is a plus to move around the city center. Last but not least, I want to mention the kindness of one of the most professional hotel employees I've ever met in my life all receptionists, chefs, waiters, and housekeepers made my stay awesome and even more memorable. I am very satisfied with my experience with the food. I ordered a double room and was very lucky and upgraded to a business room.That room is very nice! The only thing that I notice is that the bathroom has an odd arrangement. Anyway, the room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. In the course of our trip around Norway, we spent two nights here. The hotel is fortunate in two distinct ways. The first is that it is located in the city's center and in the main neighborhood for the majority of visitors. All of the sights are accessible on foot. The motel also offers breakfast and dinner. This was one of the few hotels I've ever stayed in that included dinner. Yes, a simple dinner with a few options, but it can save you money in a costly place like Norway. Try to stay in a room with a view of the harbor. Our room faced the back of the hotel and had a view of an office building. The hotel decor is somewhat average, and the rooms are fairly standard. Although the lobby is small, there are a few places to relax and observe the harbor. All of our inquiries were answered by the front desk, which was adequate. In the foyer, there is a small store selling travel essentials. Overall, we had a great time and would strongly suggest it.4.8/514 Feb 2023

a wonderful experience in the center of a stranger. We stayed there for three nights. Delicious lunch and breakfast. Emma at the front desk was so nice and gave us a room with a view, this was a last-minute wish. I'm obsessed with Victorian interiors, and this hotel was the perfect place to soak in everything. Beautiful details and extremely comfy beds. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are traveling alone.4.2/524 Sep 2022

This hotel was perfect for us. We were quite at ease and the atmosphere was fantastic. The view from our accommodation, which had a direct view of the harbor where we could see all of the cruise ships and sailing boats, was the nicest feature. A charming town with a wonderful vibe. Definitely worth a visit! However, the accommodation was not very big. We reserved three seats, but there was enough space for two people. The extra bed barely fit in and left us with no extra room. On the recommendation of a friend, we chose this hotel, and on September 17 we stayed with my partner. It was very comfortable and peaceful in the room. Breakfast is very special, with many variants. The hotel's interior decoration is gorgeous and well-maintained. Cocktails and quick bites are great at the hotel bar. All the staff was so welcoming and attentive to us.
