Great location with easy access to all public transport. Comfy bed, very helpful staff, and a big shoutout to the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless. There was a good selection of tasty breakfast options. My only small wish is that the pillows were bigger. Finally, a big thank you to the front desk staff for their friendly smiles and willingness to help.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. This was the nicest hotel I've stayed in during my Europe travels so far. The breakfast bar was 5 ⭐ with everything you could imagine to eat...and it was included in the room rate. Absolutely recommend this place if you're staying in Oslo.

We felt very comfortable. The whole staff deserves more than 5 stars!! Both at the front desk, in the breakfast room and those from the cleaning were overly friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good and generously organised. Everything was fresh, even the bread. We can definitely recommend the hotel. The location was excellent as it is central. At Easter the reception has come up with something very nice and hidden Easter news throughout the hotel. As a surprise, there was a bulging Easter egg with high-quality sweets. You are world class!! Thanks to the whole team!!
