We drove from Oslo to Bergen on June 24th and we arrived late at the hotel almost 2 am. We were assisted and accommodated by the hotel staff really well. Can’t remember the names of those two ladies , they were very respectful. Finding the hotel was a little bit confusing maybe because we were already tired from the long hours of drive. The hotel itself is situated to a hilly area that’s why we were able to see it from a far. All the staff of this hotel were very nice and friendly, exceed our expectations. The breakfast was awesome so many choices to choose from . The hotel is 30-45 mins by train from the city of Bergen. The train station is less than 10 mins walk to the hotel , and that’s not a big deal to us. Although there’s ongoing infrastructure to this nearby hotel, the surrounding area itself is walkable and quiet. We had a rental car, but we parked it throughout our stay in the hotel, we chose to travel by train to Bergen because it’s cheaper. And parking fees in Bergen is pricey. Besides that, the commute to Bergen by train is fast. Over all, we had a great time staying in Bergen together with the hotel that we stayed in.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The staff on reception were helpful. The hotel location was a way out of the centre but we chose as it had a car park that accommodated a VW campervan. The journey to the centre was not difficult as it involved a 10 minute walk to catch a train or tram (approximately 30-40 minutes to the centre) but not ideal.

Topp meny for enhver smak. Parkering god etter hyggelig veiledning fra en svært proff resepsjonist til en ganske trøtt gjest som var treg i oppfattelsen etter en lang biltur. Ta godt vare på disse ansatte.

Standard room same as most hotels, Personale were extremely helpful, if a problem occurred it was fixed extremely quickly, Breakfast was a of extreme quality, and plenty for everybody, Secure parking within the bowels of the hotel somewhat expensive, but better safe than sorry.

Everything worked out well. However it is slightly further from Bergen city centre. If you have your own transport, thus should not be an issue. Loved staying there.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel mit superfreundlichem, zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir ha/en ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht, das eigentlich aus einem Wohnbereich und einem separatem Schlafzimmer bestand. Eine ausgefallene Sicherung im Schlafbereich wurde am Sonntag sofort ersetzt. Super! Einziger Wermutstropfen sind fehlende Haltegriffe in der Duschbadewanne, die das Duschen zu einer unsicheren A,gelegenheit machen. Bin ausgerutscht und das war nicht angenehm! Aber ansonsten top zuvorkommendes freundliches Personal, das auch bei ankommenden Busreisen äußerst höflich und freundlich bleibt. Wirklich beeindruckend!
