People at the front desk were very nice and polite. They were always ready to help, but the hotel was old and wasn't very clean.

Отель ужасный, грязный и изношеный даже по меркам Иерусалима. В предложении и подтверждении бронирования Hotels.com использованы фото другого отеля. В реальности Отель использует очень изношенное Постельное белье с пятнами, полы застелены очень грязным ковровым покрытием, на стенах плесень. В санузел лучше не заходить. Фото прилагаются. В высшей мере не профессиональная работа Hotels.com и не корректное отношение отельеров.

It locates right across Herod’s Gate, with a restaurant on top floor. Food was good. Room was old and very basic. AC had water leaking right on bed headboard. I had to turned it off and stuck a towel there to catch dripping. People working there were very nice and friendly.

The rooms are spacious and tidy, although they miss basic facilities such as mugs/tea/coffee etc. They do contain a kettle though. Mixed service from the staff. Night manager Mohamed is superb however.

All the stuff amazing. Very helpful. Very pleasant. - Strengthless internet signal at the 3rd floor. Very good at the reception and lobby - Small but good breakast. - Good elevator. A little bit problem with the cleaness (for european standards). loud music at the corridor from other visitors

Room looks old, no facilities, breakfast not too bad. Staff very nice and I love the location. Overall is not really good but my price is app. US$70. What can I complain?

Excellent location near Damascus and Herold gate! The room is spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. It has coffee and tea facilities which is really nice. My TV wasn't working properly but internet connexion was ok. Bathroom is big with powerful shower, however the door didn't shut properly and water was going out. Breakfast is good with salads, humus, eggs, cold meats, cereals, fruits, toast, coffee and tea. However I missed some fruit juices and a bigger selection of bread. The service is good, especially by the two smiley Arab ladies (maybe the owners). The corridors need an updated. Very near to the bus station that takes you to Bethlehem, Mount of Olives. Great location!!
