Great customer service. The people at the reception were very friendly and go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. The hotel itself is very basic, you need to ask the reception before taking a shower for warm water, and we needed to ask for a second towel every day, as we only received one towel for two people. Nevertheless the staff was very happy to help with this. The hotel is only a 15min walk from the main square, so I can recommend the hotel if you are looking for a budget option.

The staff was friendly and would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable (Theo gave an excellent service). The room was clean, but very simple. Perhaps a night lamp would have been useful. It could be noisy if you need to sleep in as there is much echo and next door, there's a daycare. The breakfast was very simple, bread, jam, juice and coffee, but you can order a few other things for a little extra. Their coffee is excellent. Walking distance to la Plaza de Armas, where you can find everything. If you want to eat for cheap, at 2 corners from there, there's a restaurant Criollon that we enjoyed.

It's main downfalls would be its location on a busy intersection with vendors constantly calling out from nearby, and a rather sparse breakfast, oh, hot water took some time to get to the tap. You should also be warned that the busy bus stop nearby can attract some shady characters. As was common with the other sites that I used in this price range, you will have difficulty in communicating if you don't speak Spanish. If these are not issues for you, the room was pleasant, the building in good shape, friendly staff. A good value for the dollar.

No hay agua en la noche y menos caliente, una noche no quedó nadie en el lobby y algunos huéspedes se quedaron afuera hasta que hayamos personal dentro del hotel !! Buena ubicación.
