My stay at the Adams View Hotel was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is kept very clean, the rooms are fairly spacious, they serve a variety of tasty breakfast options, and there is a nice pool area. While the hotel might need some updating, it has good AC in the rooms, dependable electricity and good outlets, reliable hot and cold water and comfortable beds. Moalboal, Pangsama Beach and White Sand Beach are not walkable from each other, so I found the hotel’s location in town convenient because I was close to the mall, banks, bus routes and real Filipino local food offerings. Unless you rent a bike or car, you’ll rely on trikes to get you to/from any of the three areas. Overall, I recommend The Adams View Hotel for its efficient and friendly staff. They were so helpful and kind to me that it made my stay comfortable, safe and fun. They were always available for assistance and very responsive to my requests. They really made my stay in Moalboal more special.

This hotel has positive things. The staff was not welcoming. Management lacks hospitality. Firstly, they should be gracious, but when you say hello, some of them will just be following you. They have an unsatisfactory pillow. Even though I will be using two pillows at once, it is impossible to sleep on such a thin cushion. They informed me that there were no availability of another pillow when I inquired about the second one. I was pleasantly taken aback by this hotel's blanket. They gave me a pillow as a curtain to use as an additional cushion rather than a pillow. This is not even a blanket. There is a decent breakfast buffet in general, with poor sanitation. I saw a restaurant employee picking up a fallen spoon and stacking it with clean items. Toilet hygiene. room service was not provided. WiFi was terrible and the signal was difficult to locate. The trash was visible out the window, and it was close to the hotel. The air conditioner wasn't properly placed, so it shouldn't be directly in front of the head. There is no small nightstand next to the bed. Shower positioning was terrible. It will get the entire restroom wet.

Overall, the hotel was quite nice. My only real complaint is that it's too far from the beach, so you have to take a trike there and back anytime you want to go. On the other side, it's right next to the bus station, which made it nice when we got in very late. Beyond that, it seemed fine. Definitely not a luxury hotel, but also not sure what people expect in this area. We found it clean, comfy, and reasonable.

I spent eight days at this hotel. Simply put, cash was applied to check in. Very effective. Wait 1 minute. No elevator, but my heavy suitcase was on the room, on the first floor in 10 seconds. The air inside is very clean and the air is silent. big bathroom with a hot shower. Possibly a batman outside. The floor is polished wood, very nice but slippery. The view of a large and well-kept pool is spectacular. In addition, the nearby swimming area is spotless. The breakfast buffet is good and plentiful, but the arrival is not too late. Breakfast cereal is absent. There is only a cook for supper, but there could be a wait. Sunday there is only a cook. The pool is very well-kept and clean. Tricycles are available at the gate and can take you everywhere. Prices start at php 100.

I don't recommend this hotel to you who want to go canyoning but the location is good as there are bus stop close by and you just need to walk up. The pool is good but need some sun loungers. The breakfast is also excellent.

I didn’t research it well when I booked it. It was a little too far from Panagsama road where the action was. There was a restaurant close by that was very good, Tambayan, so that was a savior. Being close to the main Highway, it was easy to access the bus to go to Kawasaki Falls. You can DIY. Take the bus, drop of at the church where the path (which is paved) all the way to the falls. No need for the guide if you just want to go to the first level of the falls. The swimming pool was great. Did a couple of laps. Good water pressure with hot water. Okay if you are looking for a budget friendly place and are willing to take a tricycle every time you want to go anyway. Better choice is to rent a bike.

It’s pretty good for the price. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s very close to a mall and transportation is easy to find. The room I was in was clean but very minimal. The air conditioner was loud but effective. The shower had blue molds around it and barely had heat. But I like cold showers. Aside from that, the breakfast was affordable and decent. A bit far from the beaches and the fare to get to them were a bit expensive. But this is not the hotels fault. Would recommend if looking for a quick nights stay. Would come back.

Hotel con buone caratteristiche qualità/prezzo e buona posizione vicino al centro ,ai servizi ,a 10 minuti di scooter dalle spiagge.. check-in e check out velocissimi .camera 309 pulita e spaziosa con un bagno grande e pratico,al 4º piano enorme terrazzo dove stendono le lenzuola che abbiamo usato anche noi x i nostri indumenti..grande piscina pulita e con ottima manutenzione.. servizio noleggio scooter a 400 Php 24 ore..personale alla reception amichevole e pronto a risolvere i piccoli inconvenienti . Colazione..allora, la colazione è varia,di buona qualità ed abbondante..ma purtroppo tutto freddo..uova ,bacon salsicce e via dicendo tutto freddo quando avrebbero la possibilità di tenerlo caldo nei contenitori..peccato perché sarebbe un hotel top se curassero questo particolare..nota per le ragazze della sala buffet.. guardare meno il telefono ( non alzano nemmeno la testa x vedere ciò che succede) e controllare di più x vedere ciò che manca..cmq consigliamo quest'hotel e se ne avremmo bisogno lo useremo ancora di sicuro..

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Virkelig god morgenmad. Særligt ét af de to værelser vi havde booket lugtede så meget af mug og svamp, at det føltes usundt. Der stod en affugter, det hjalp lidt.

The hotel is quite convenient, only walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The room is okay, you get what you paid for, the good thing about the room is the bed it's pretty comfy. If you want a nice room and quiet airconditioning I suggest you booked the upstairs or higher level.
