Despite that, there are several pools for both adults and children with a beautiful view in the room. The room is old and dark. Problems with cleanliness, uncovered the or and closet had traces of hair from previous guests. Even when we were inside our room, we could hear sounds and footsteps from other guests. No restaurant for dinner The wifi is only in the lobby. We paid 4500 for a family room. A family room has only one single bed and one double bed. It's a pretty standard size family in Philippines. If I got a very good room from a mid-range hotel in Malaysia, the customer service officer who is a fat lady, shouldn't be assigned to the front desk unless trained to have excellent customer service skills. Insisted on arguing with clients that they made me feel appreciated by inviting us into the resort. Told us bait paring ang damn no before check-in and was conjecture that they are in doubt that we are all covered by our payment. it's very degrading. In response, I had to explain that we reserved a family room. Sister just paid for a day trip and will be paying more for my parents. Made us believe we were unable to pay. Then, when my key wasn't yet prepared due to a problem with the hot and cold shower in the first room and joked that she should let me

Another first in my travel experience is our visit to the rival cristina villas mountain hotel resort in antipolo city. This resort up the hill is a huge facility that offers more than 5 5 swimming pools for kids and adults. The facility also has a gym, spa and team building facility. When we were there, we used the function hall on the first floor for our event. The function hall overlooks the lovely skyscrapers of Metro Manila. Beautiful scenery is more appreciated in the evening when the metropolis' lights are all illuminated in various godlike colors. Although the hotel rooms are small, for maximum 2 beds, 1 single bed and 1 matrimonial bed, some have a lovely view of the metropolis. Now, on the food aspect, the resort serves authentic Filipino dishes that everyone will love. The personnel are also friendly and great. A nice place to stay for the holidays and enjoy the pool and view.

The villa is well-appointed and has several pools for both kids and adults of various ages. Book early because the place is packed in the summer. There is a restaurant serving a better breakfast than average. The rooms are air conditioned and well-kept, with generally clean and functional toilets and showers. There is a gym and a wellness center that offers body massages. Great fun for the family! There is free wifi, but the signal in the upper rooms was poor.

The place is located on a mountainside of Antipolo that provides you with the entire Manila cityscape. Swimming pools are nice but the whole resort needs cleaning especially the upper parts, infinity pool, and zip line area.

It could be better to stay at this hotel for a quick family getaway in Antipolo. I think the hotel only has a big view of the Manila skyline from its mountainous surroundings. But, the rooms here need to be updated, as well as the food and service.
