The king bed was huge. Clean towels and bottled water every day. They have their own entrance to the mall, therefore no need to go to the main entrance. They held my suitcase for a few hours after checkout while I waited for my transportation. The location was ideal.

Everything is perfect and also the receptionist gave to warm welcome and also the staffs and the maintenances and the room also is beautiful the only thing that bothers me is that i cannot open the tv using the remotes but it is not a minor set back of all the things that is so astonishing there all in all it is a Pop for me

My only concern was the loose rattling tiles along the hallway, poor workmanship and lack of maintenance reflects badly on what is overall a great value for money hotel. Also toilet door jams on the floor and can't open properly. The company has gone so far to make a great chain then falls down just before becoming a winner. The SMALL things are what your clients always notice.

It is not perfect, but it still my favorit hotel in philippines, and the main reason for that is location. The AC could be better, it never really gets cold enough for me. The staff is very friendly but they could have better houserules so you feel more welcome,the wifi could be better etc. But the room is good enough and yeah the location make into a winner for me. I have stayed in gohotels in tacloban as well, and butuan is much better. Butuan has more entrances to the mall and it is more lighter and it has windows out, and for some reason they charge a fee for storage the luggage even if just for a few hours in tacloban, while they do not do that in butuan? If i am in butuan again i will probably stay here again, worth notice though is that the price is shifting heavily in all of gohotels. Overprice when you book late. The staff has always been friendly here.
