The rooms were as described, and true to the pictures. The staff were friendly and accommodating heads up if you enjoy a little drink at night, probably not the hotel for you as they have a no drinking policy. The surrounding area was close to everything you need.

Overall, this hotel is one of the best places to stay in Dumaguete. Price is also reasonable. This hotel provides standard rooms that are clean and spacious. I'm satisfied with my expectations, as does the hotel staff's friendliness and warmth. This hotel is a block from famous sans rival cakes and pastries and within walking distance of the boulevard. It includes all the amenities of a good hotel. Wireless connectivity is also fast. It offers airport pickup and drop-off services for php 300. It also has an adjacent eatery. The only disadvantage is that you can't adjust the iron's temperature to your liking. I think this hotel's air conditioning is central. There is also an elevator and stairs to choose from.

It is in the heart of everything. A 3 minutes walk to the boulevard. Restaurants and malls are very close by that is why i keep coming back.

The hotel is conveniently located at the heart of the city and walking distance to shopping and some major attractions. The staff are friendly and accomodating and the rooms are huge, comfortable and clean. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice from the outside than from inside the room. It's a little run down but good value for money. They have their own parking space and are in a great location but still has a place to smoke too.

It was a great place, right in the middle of town. The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness of our room was very good. There is a smoking area on each floor and a parking lot across the street. We come to Dumaguete twice a year and this will be our new place to stay on our visits.

I booked online and got a room with no windows and a noisy AC. It was good enough for a good night's sleep, so if you arrive late and leave early, you will only stay in the room to sleep and that's fine. It's not a place to relax. However it's very central. 2 minutes to the cafes, 5 minutes to the beach. Breakfast is not provided for the price.

Everything and all a round gets a 5 star, not because its a real expansive and super nice place. But people and rooms were overall pretty nice. Only thing is trying to check out. They will try to find the smallest details to try to charge you. My suggestion is dont get any blankets, towels dirty. Or you will get charged before checking out.
