ENERGY CONSERVATION
Guests are encouraged to reduce the use of energy-consuming facilities. To help conserve energy, they are to turn off the lights before leaving the premises and appliances after using them.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AND ACTIVITIES
For everyone's safety and protection, bringing in hazardous items inside the studio flat's premises such as, but not limited to, explosives, volatile or flammable materials, firearms, illegal drugs, biohazards, and heavy machinery is strictly prohibited. Likewise all illegal activities such as gambling, prostitution, among others, are strictly prohibited and will be reported to proper authorities.

CLEANING
In a homestay arrangement, guests are to leave the place as they found it cleaned. Biodegradable food leftovers must be wrapped in the provided plastic bags and thrown at the provided garbage cans outside the house and must be kept covered with the supplied lid. For guests wishing to have their units cleaned, they can call or send an SMS at mobile number that will supplied upon booking.

SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bedrooms, but--as a form of sociability--this can be done in the common areas, as long as people nearby will not be harmed by secondary smoking. Guests are also encouraged to be mindful in disposing lit cigarette butts to the ashtrays. These cannot be thrown indiscriminately.

VISITORS
Guests' visitors may stay inside the condominium until 10PM only. Unregistered guests staying overnight is prohibited.

FLOOR NOISE
Guests staying in the second and third floors are to be courteous to the residents living in the units below them. They are not to make excessive noise such as dribbling a ball, moving furniture, jumping, foot stomping and dragging, and so on, especially after 10PM.

PET
Pets are absolutely not allowed inside the apartment.
