This hotel was excellent. My only complaint would be that the swimming pool water had not been cleaned. Otherwise, everything was great. I will stay here again.

Great spot to stay. We needed something close to the airport after a long travel day to just rest. The room was comfortable, & clean. Staff was great. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus

From google map view it says that it provides free breakfast but no problem at check-in. That's it, only the overnight stay we had to catch a morning flight. They are close to the airport and there is a free shuttle that runs every hour in 2 minutes. Room was clean but small. The bed has an electrical socket. OK bed. Pillows not that much. Overall good for an airport overnight stay.

Great hotel. Breakfast was good. pool is nice. Staff super nice and friendly. We are repeat customers and will definitely stay again. It's close to the main road, easy to get rides and walking distance to food, bank, atm.

The staff is amazing ! You can book tour directly at the hotel and they take care of everything for you for the same price you would pay elsewhere . So many tricycle right in the parking lot if you need a ride somewhere . Pharmacy , supermarket , restaurant , mall , everything is close by ! But the service is just ridiculous . Booked for one night and ended up staying for 6 !

The staff was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay with them. They upgraded our room at no charge and the food at the hotel restaurant is very good. Right in the middle of everything, with a bank close by and it was easy to get around.

The hotel is located a little distance from the city centre, only a short trike ride and you are there. The free airport pick up and drop off was well organised and comfortable, the hotel has a good van for this and the drivers are very courteous. the hotel staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. Rooms are well maintained, with hot showers, good selection of cable TV channels, clean linen when requested. Meals at the restaurant are very nice with a lot of fresh seafood available as well as other Asian dishes. Breakfast is mainly Filipino style but westerners can still get a reasonable meal if you talk to the waiters. The hotel has a nice sized pool and garden which is well maintained and kept clean. Overall i definitely would stay here again when visiting Puerto Princesa City.

Decent hotel located in the downtown area near Robinsons Mall, MCA Market Mall where you can buy souvenirs and crocodile meat, and infront of City Coliseum. It offers free rountrip airport transfers, provides welcome drink and few selections but delicious buffet breakfast, complete bathroom amenities, and medium-sized swimming pool (3-5ft) which has a wide screen tv projector opened at night. It also has an adjacent souvenir shop with prices slightly over the tiangge, and a bank with atm machine. But what I loved best in this hotel is that they have a restaurant which offers affordable prices and very delicious food. Price range is 180-250 good for 2-3pax. We tried their kilawing tanigue, tuna steak, sinigang na lapulapu and spicy squid (for 2-day dinner). The resto is located at the 2nd floor but you can have your meals served in their small garden and swimming pool area if you wish. Since it was raining the whole time that we were in Puerto, I believe I had the best hotel choice. My comments in this hotel though, the staff including the guard should be well-oriented of the basic hotel facilities and resto offering so that they all have the same accurate answers when inquired on, and they should remove their ad on the 495 set meal for 2 persons because according to the resto staff, this is no longer being offered. But overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

The room was very warm and welcoming. They greeted me and helped me with my bags right away. The lobby is educational in terms of cultural importance. They started the aircorn ahead. Presented me with directions about the room, protocols, and breakfast. Free airport transfer. The room was furnished with complimentary coffee, tea, water, and toiletries. Due to my early departure, the staff arranged my early breakfast. It's worth staying for only I 1299 per night, which is enough for two people.

I stayed here one night before a flight. Basic hotel, comfortable enough bed and breakfast not too bad. Staff ok and the room was clean enough. Didn't use the pool but looked clean enough. Free transfer to the airport was nice.
