Guests are expected to follow your rules and can be removed from the property if they cause issues.
Additional rules
1. Check out all emergency exit/s of the complex upon arrival for your safety
2. Always lock the main door when leaving the unit.
3. Don’t leave any of your valuables unattended (Resort management/HOA/Unit owner/caretaker/staff will not be held responsible for any lost of stolen personal items or valuables)
4. Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit or in any premises of the complex(This includes E-Cigs/Vape).
5. Please observe Resort rules and guidelines at all times. Firearms, deadly weapons & Drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the complex.
6. Please observe energy conservation by turning off unused lights, TV, Aircon, Stove or any other electronic devices.
7. Please keep noise, music or parties at a minimum level, please be mindful of your neighbors.
8. Water conservation is considerably encouraged by making sure all faucets and showers are turned off completely.
9. Fifteen (15) Minutes before check-out time, Please ensure that the key to the unit is handed to our staff to allow us to assess the room. Damages or lost items will be charged accordingly. Please report immediately.
10. Do not leave any left-over food or perishable items in the refrigerator or anywhere in the unit.
11. Bring all your garbage outside the unit. There is a Garbage room per floor. Ask for assistance at the reception desk on the ground floor on where to dispose of your garbage.
12. Please leave the unit in its original condition as when you first checked in, in consideration and for the enjoyment of the next guest.
13. Please make sure that the air-conditioning and lights are turned off before check-out
14. CLEAN AS YOU GO.
