PRIVATE ROAD TOWNHOMES UNIT 3 - BAGUIO

We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories while staying with us here in Baguio City . For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you can follow these house rules:

• Keep NOISE to a MINIMUM. Please note that we have neighbors and we wouldn’t want any complaints.

SILENT NIGHT BAGUIO CITY ORDINANCE 9166 — excessive, unnecessary or unusually loud sounds are prohibited within residential areas, subdivisions and public streets in the city from 10 pm to 5 am.

• SHOES/ SLIPPERS are not allowed when going up the bedroom areas. We make sure that floors upstairs are clean so please leave your footwears in the shoe racks located under the stairs. We have provided several house slippers that you could use.

•Please segragate your trash & dispose them properly. (Big garbage containers outside.)

•STRICLY NO SMOKING inside the house.

•No EATING or bringing of food in the upstairs bedroom area.

• Feel free to use everything inside the unit but please CLEAN AS YOU GO.

• We understand that accidents happen for whatever reason. If you notice any damages inside the unit, it shall be reported right away.
