RML Haven

1. First of all, feel at home and enjoy your stay. Please give us the opportunity to solve any concern or problem you may encounter.

2. Only the names in the submitted list of guests are permitted to enter the resort. No additional guests or visitors will be allowed after a confirmed booking. This is for everyone’s safety.
3. Maximum of 15 confirmed guests can overnight in the Villa.
4. For overnight stay, check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. For day tour, check-in is at 8:00 AM and check-out is 5:00 PM.
5. Late check-out is subject to availability. Additional charge of Php 1,000.00/hour will be applied.
6. Please give the P2,000.00 to our caretaker for security deposit. It will be refunded upon check-out if there is no damage in the resort.
7. We kindly ask that you’ll be respectful of our home and treat it like it’s yours. Please take care not to stain the bed and bath linens.
8. Kindly turn off the lights when not in use. In the bathroom, hang the bath towels, and don’t leave wet towels on the furniture.
9. Kindly notify us if there’s a broken furniture or stain in the linens.
10. Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
11. No eating & drinking in the swimming pool area at any given time to avoid accident.
12. No screaming and jumping in the swimming pool.
13. Please respect us and our neighbors. Partying with too loud music is discouraged. Quiet hours should be observed between 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM.
14. Please don’t lock the gate so that our caretaker can turn off the filter and lights in the swimming pool during the night (10:00 PM).
15. Please drink responsibly. Management is not liable for any loss or accident that may occur during the drinking session.
16. Smoking inside the villa is strictly prohibited.
16. Illegal substance or activities are not allowed inside the premises. We reserve the right to call proper authorities in any case.
17. Owner has the right to refuse accommodation if the guest is unmannered.
18. Kindly secure your belongings. Management is not liable for any loss of your belongings.
