A copy of valid IDs for all guests must be submitted via email or cell phone before check-in. A damage security deposit is required upon arrival, based on the length of stay: PHP 2,500 for stays of 7-14 nights. PHP 5,000 for stays of 15-27 nights. PHP 10,000 for stays of 28 nights or more.
A refundable security deposit of PHP 2500 is required at check-in to cover any charges or damages incurred during the stay.
The property charges a pool fee of PHP 150 per person per day on non-holidays and PHP 300 per person per day on holidays. The pool is open from 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Be careful when using flat iron and hair dry please use the iron board when ironing 14. Pull out the exhaust fan when cooking to avoid too much smoke, Misuse and Setting on the fire alarm has a penalty. 15. It is prohibited to smoke and hang clothes to dry on the balcony 📍 Please don't take away anything in the house for souvenir. 📍Respect neighbors and don't make indecent behaviors that could catch neighbors attention. Just feel at home! 📍Please take good care of yourselves during your whole stay. The host is not responsible for any injury and accidents of guests during their stay.
