Staycation in Manila (2 min. walk to Robinson's)

1. No overnight visitors not listed on your reservation;

2. Infants, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome but each one must be specified on your reservation;

3. There can not be more than 4 people in or on the property at any one point in time. Parties are not allowed;

4. The guests will respect and follow all guidelines listed inside Condominium or property;

5. You agree to know and agree to the following fees:
a) smoking: PhP 500.00 for each day you are in the unit smoking
b) late checkout: Php 500.00 if your checkout is unauthorized to be late
c) lost keys: Php 300.00 to replace keys and locks as of lost keys
d) additional guest in excess of two : Php 500.00 each guest
e) Item/Appliance missing/broken : the amount depends on the
value needed to replace or fix said item/appliance

6. A violation of the house rules can lead to an immediate removal of all guests without refund;

7. You agree to be booking in good faith and you will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a ruling by agoda or the host in the event that a violation of the host's rules occur;

8. If any non following of the house rules leads to having to discount or refund the next guest you are responsible to cover the resulting costs.
