If you're looking for a safe place to stay, this is not the place. Cons constant partying on the rooftop with the band and guests not wearing masks. Rooms are somewhat maintained. Unusual stains on doors and bedside tables. My room felt suffocating. No windows that view the outside. Pros good location, good lobby, nice rooftop, if it were only the safe servers

The location is close to the church, shopping districts, and Wilson Street. The staff was so caring and kind. The room was so spacious and clean. The atmosphere was nice even though the area looked far from the tourist spots.

Our stay at this hotel was interrupted by a manila shortage in march. The staff was nice enough to let our relatives use the room and facilities for the rest of our stay, so we can stay at their hotel again and again.
