A friendly reminder, please declare total no. of guest, there is corresponding rate for extra person, Undeclared guest will be charged double the rate .
Additional Rules
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit including by the window.
2. Please keep the room neat and clean. Bed should be kept tidy, towels hanged in the bathroom and plates and cups be washed after use to prevent pests.
3. Cooking is allowed.
4. Fresh towels and linens is provides, However do not expect fresh one everyday. There is commercial laundry shop in the building should you wish to have your towel or beddings washed during your stay.
5. Please keep noise to a minimum.
6. Loitering along corridors and stairways is not allowed.
7. Drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed at the lobby or common areas.
8. Please segregate your trash, do not litter in the room or building common areas. Trash bins are provided inside the room. Should you need to bring out any trash, please bring it to the garbage shoot near the stairways.
9. Though we love them, pets are not allowed.
10. Switch off all lights and electrical appliances when not in use and especially before leaving the room.
11. The management is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings, Make sure the door and windows are properly locked before leaving the room.
12. Your visitor are welcome. However they are not allowed to use the shower, be left alone or stay overnight. Your visitor must leave by 10:00 pm (each floor/ corridor is monitored by a CCTV)
13. Standard Check in time is at 1:00 p.m. Early check- in is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
14. Standard check out time is at 11:00 Am. Late check out is subject to availability of the room. There maybe an additional fee.
15. Parking: Parking along the street is possible at your own risk, Pay parking is subject to availability.
16. Please make sure to go through the "Guest Access" and "Other Things to Note" and read about the amenities the condo unit has so you know what to expect upon arrival.
