Setting the Right Expectations

Please note that our condo is a privately owned vacation home and is not part of the hotel operations at Pico de Loro.

Think of it as your own vacation home during your stay. The unit is fully furnished and comes with basic amenities, including an equipped kitchen, cookware, dinnerware, linens, and towels. The unit will also be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival.

As this is a self-service condo, please take note of the following:

* There is no hotel-style room service or daily housekeeping.
* Linens and towels will not be changed daily.
* Additional furnishings, appliances, toiletries, or supplies beyond those already provided in the unit will not be available upon request.
* Should you need additional personal items, food, toiletries, or other supplies during your stay, these may be purchased from nearby stores.

We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the comfort and privacy of having your own vacation home.

🕑 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM

If you expect to be delayed for your scheduled check-in or check-out, please notify the host at least two hours in advance.

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and prior approval.

🌿 Energy Conservation

Please help us conserve energy by switching off the air-conditioning, lights, and other electrical appliances whenever they are not in use and before leaving the unit.

🏠 House Rules

No parties or disruptive gatherings are allowed.

We kindly ask that you treat our condo as you would your own home. Please keep the unit clean and tidy throughout your stay and be considerate of our neighbors and other guests in the building.

🗑️ Garbage Disposal

Please dispose of all garbage properly in the designated disposal areas.

Garbage or trash must not be left in common areas or thrown from balconies or windows, or left in entrances, elevators, fire exits, hallways, or stairways.

🔑 Care of the Property

Guests are expected to take reasonable care of the condo, its furnishings, appliances, and other belongings.

Guests may be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property that occurs during their stay, and corresponding charges may apply when necessary.
