The price is not worth the facilities. This hotel is not worth the money we paid. There is no fridge in the room. All water is in the rooms in the ground floor. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the employees were nice. We had to climb beneath a jack-pocketed digging digging one day after leaving the beach to get to the doorway. There is a large digging hole right outside the doorway. The street is dim so it's unsafe if you're returning on an evening! If you want to stay at Brontcay, our recommendation is to stay near the beach if you can.

We would strongly suggest this hotel. For three weeks, we stayed at Urban, and we wholeheartedly endorse it. The name is unique to many other hotels in Bocay because it is inspired by a funky, urban theme. Wood, hardwood, concrete, etc. are the decorations. The beds are whiter than white, and the actual pillows are frequently cleaned. The employees are incredibly accommodating and helpful. The hotel is in a wonderful location, nestled between two beaches, making access to the rest of the island simple. We are confident you'll enjoy your visit as much as we did.

We stayed here during our stay in Borocay. Well located, very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast is very tasty every morning. We would visit an urban boutique hotel again. Thank you for the great memories.

We stayed for 4 nights. Really liked it. Such a good place. Free breakfast and a lot of options it's like being in a real cafe. Very friendly and helpful staff when it was raining and offered an umbrella.
