Wind Residences by M&M Suites

-Check in time : 2pm (until 8pm)
-Check out time : 11am-12nn. Request for Early check ins & late check outs depends if there is a schedule prior or after your reservation. In most cases, we do not accept this request for us to give ample time for cleaning services to finish.
- Maximum occupants allowed is 4 persons only. Please note that children/infants are considered as 1 pax. (Another additional charge of Php500 for extra person)
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the unit or bathroom.
-No pets allowed
-STRICTLY NO LOUD PARTIES.
-ILLEGAL DRUGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
-The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by themselves, their guest, or any person for whom they are responsible for.
-Please leave the unit the way you would like to find it.
-Return the keys to the caretaker upon check-out.
-PARKING
We don't have our own parking inside the tower building but you can choose from the options below.
(Option 1)
- Public Paid parking, which is located near the clubhouse . It is not a covered parking space and takes a few minutes (7-10mins) walk from the parking to the tower. There is a shuttle service from the towers to the clubhouse that you may use however please note that the shuttle service may not be always available due to the volume of people visiting. We suggest dropping your things first with a company at the lobby while the other finds a parking slot. The parking lot fee for overnight is around Php300 ++ (for cars) and Php 200 ++ (for motorcycles).
(Option 2)
- Parking slot in the building (subject to availability and are limited. Advance reservation is needed). The fee is around 400-500 per night. We will be the ones to check the availability of the parking slot
- Guests can utilize the swimming pool area at an additional fee of PHP 150 / PHP 300 (on holidays). Please note you must inform us if you intend to use the pool facilities prior to your arrival for reservation.
