I chose the hotel as I wanted easy access to the train station and by that standard it was 100%. The check in was super easy. There were A LOT of information mentioned during the check in so it might be better to have them displayed in the rooms or something. The room itself was modern, clean and good- sized. I liked there was plenty of room to open a suitcase and the bathroom was on the cozy side, making more room for the "living" area. It was cleaned well each day. Although the hotel was surrounded by quite busy streets the room was quiet and peaceful. You could open the window to get some fresh air too. I enjoyed the water filtering machine provided instead of bottled water. The coffee machine was Nespresso. The fridge was cool enough to keep things fresh. The toiletries were from Kevin Murphy Hydrate- Me range. Hand/body wash and lotion by the basin and shampoo, conditioner and another hand/body wash in the shower. There were no other toiletries provided. The water pressure and temperature were fine. The hotel is about 5min walk from the gates to the Old Town so very convenient. There are plenty of tram and bus stops around the hotel if you need to explore farther out. The staff were the rare type of people I encountered in Poland who smiled so that was nice. Definitely nothing to complain and I'll recommend it to others who travel to Krakow.

On arrival about 2am the registration was perfect very friendly English speaking reception host. I like the safeguarding which is foremost. The room was beautiful everything you need. All the staff were very friendly. The amenities are on the doorstep and a short walk into the beautiful old town which is nipping clean and a brillant atmosphere. Meals there were amazing. I would stay at the TRIBE hotel again. Enjoyed every minute of our stay for my grandaughters 18th early birthday present Thankyou Kath and Laila

Het is een prima hotel, mooie schone kamer en heel vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijtbuffet is ruim en heerlijk en ook het restaurant voor het diner is heerlijk. Locatie is top, vlakbij het treinstation, en vele bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand.

Amazing hotel, felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The hotel is very relaxed and staff are always happy to help. The amenities were great and the gym was good. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are in Krakow ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely terrific staff and very welcoming. I needed breakfast for a day that I had a tour and the breakfast would not be opened, the staff told me they can get something packed. To me it was very thoughtful and I really appreciated that. I recommend Tribe because of the convenient location as well.

Personal, Zimmer, Frühstück, alles perfekt. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Um die Ecke grosses Einkaufszentrum. Zug und Bussbahnhoff ca 15 Minuten, Stadtzentrum ca 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss erreichbar. Einfach toll und ich würde das Hotel erneut buchen. Danke, Elena und Marie aus der Schweiz
