Beautiful music-themed hotel in the heart of lower old town. Steps away from the main attractions and easy access to subway system or cabs to get elsewhere. Staff was amazing. Can’t say enough. Perfect relaxation haven in busy town centre.

They had after hours check in and were super nice. Room was clean and comfortable. We felt just as comfortable in the lobby/lounge. They also held our luggage after church out so we cold enjoy the city for a few more hours before our train left.

Nice location, very nice room, clean and modern. The reception area is great/part of a restaurant/ cocktail bar. Stayed at 4th floor and the downside was there was a lot noise from the hallway they they have a cleaning room / storage room and the staff talked a lot and was quite noisy with their work.

This place is in the middle of old town. So much character, so much action, just a great vibe. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to a room with a balcony. Room was comfortable. Enough room to layout your suitcase and move around the room. Browns has a bar and restaurant, although we didn't try it. Jessica at the front dest was very helpful with suggestions and directions. We only stayed 1 night because of a layover. We liked the hotel, but REALLY loved the location. Because of this appetizer of Lisbon, we will be going back for longer.

Excellent customer service truly makes all the difference! Everyone we interacted with at this hotel was helpful, attentive, and kind. The room was amazing - spacious and comfortable (full disclosure: we got a complimentary upgrade). Also, the food in their restaurant was delicious and visually appealing, with fair pricing. Icing on the cake is the hotel’s super convenient location to the metro. We will stay here again for sure!

Stayed for 2 nights prior to a cruise in April. The location was excellent for seeing the old town, within walking distance of Commerce Square and the waterfront. Lots of restaurants around too, although I also enjoyed eating in the hotel’s bistro. Room was spacious and comfortable with nice amenities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

There is really nothing to not like about Brown's Boutique Hotel. It is very small...only 32 rooms. So, intimate family like feeling while visiting. All staff members were very friendly and helpful on all fronts and with all queries. The location is excellent in terms of taking in so many sites by foot traffic while also being very close to the underground Metro service and the historic tram service.

Internet connection very good and staff both very friendly and helpful. Menu at hotel itself is varied and food servings good size and prompt service. Would recommend not taking room with breakfast package. Simply order from hotel menu re different meal times.

Very nice boutique hotel in a perfect area for walking old Lisbon. Great food in the bistro. Wonderful staff. Access is easy by taxi or uber. We took a tour of Sintra that the hotel arranged and it was great too. Highly recommend
