• Please take care of the house as if it was your own.
• Since 2015 Portugal has more strictly enforced a long-standing law requiring anyone providing paidholiday accommodation to record the entry, exit, and identification details of all non-Portuguese nationals who use that accommodation. This law has been brought into force in Portugal and most other EU countries at some point since the gradual implementation of the 1990 Schengen Agreement. For that reason we are obligated to register all the guests who are staying in the apartment so we will request to provide name and surname, nationality, date and place of birth, and ID/passport numbers, country and type of document, country and place of residence of everyone from your group. It is better to provide before arrival as it will shorten the check in process.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the house. The tobacco smoke adds smells that are difficult to eliminate from the house. Outside the house, in patio you can smoke.
• Please leave all electric appliances turned off, make sure water taps are not running and close all doors and windows before leaving the house.
• We request that guests leave the dishes and the kitchen clean and empty out the trash, there is always a garbage deposit in the street nearby.
• The house is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please, keep the house tidy and clean as reasonably possible during all the time of your occupancy. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange it.
• Please take care of the decoration items, furniture, towels/linen and other house's equipment. Any doubts handling the house's appliances and equipment please call.
• Respect your neighbors avoiding noises between 22:00 and 08:00.
• This house is a reputable, legally registered and recognized rental, fully registered at Direcao Regional Turismo Azores (RRAL: 1690) and supervised by the local authorities, Camara Municipal de Angra do Heroismo. This accreditation can be checked any time at Direcao Regional Turismo Azores database.
