firstly, the staff at this hotel were extraordinary. It wasn't just one person or one instance, but each interaction felt like they were going out of their way to be kind and helpful. the hotel is full of snacks! be warned! iced cream machine, fresh cookies, delicate pastries delivered to your room... candy, coffee. everything! the spa is a treat- I wish I'd made more time for the steam room and the sauna. finally, the rooms themselves were comfortable- I usually complain about pillows at hotels but they even let you choose what type of pillow you wanted this place is a gem!

The property is in a great position but the absolutely stand out feature of this hotel are the staff - every member of staff we interacted with were so polite, friendly and genuine - pretty rare these days in hospitality. Breakfasts are also very good to the point where other breakfasts now seem inadequate in comparison.

From the warm welcome by the reception and concierge team, to the beautiful hotel lobby, everything made a fantastic first impression. Everyone was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Our room (116) was spacious, spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could need. The bathroom was excellent, with a powerful shower that was a real highlight. Breakfast offered plenty of choice, and once again the team were so friendly. The breakfast area was impeccably clean and well presented. The central location was perfect for exploring the city. We would definitely return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Great place in a great location. Easy to walk everywhere. The staff were helpful and friendly and warm. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Best place in Lisbon in my opinion. Room was spacious and the hotel had a daily walking tour which was so informative. Also daily drinks and snacks available at no charge.

Excellent hotel! This is truly a travelers’ hotel. It has all the amenities you would need and want for a good night’s rest. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We booked all of our private tours with the concierge who was very knowledgeable. We had a small issue with our room and the hotel manager even came and escorted us to a new room to make sure it was to our liking. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay while visiting Lisbon.
