This hotel is beautiful! I would definitely stay there again! Rooms are large and impeccably decorated. Everything is new and very clean. Location superb! Also has a towel warmer and a steamer in the room. We did not eat there however it did look like a nice breakfast. Staff was very polite and helpful. Always had water and snacks at the entrance.

What a fabulous hotel for exploring Lisbon! It is in the Baixa but is so accessible to almost everything you want to see. The common areas and rooms are beautifully designed and feature many nods to Lisbon landmarks. The breakfast is stellar, with lovely fruit and egg dishes to order. Even though this is a busy street, the rooms are quiet at night. The linens and beds are high quality and the staff is friendly and helpful. I will look for this brand in other European cities.

This was one of my favorite stays! The staff were kind and helpful, rooms were spacious and clean, and the location was ideal. Breakfast was lovely and they provided a really nice breakfast box for us to take when we had plans earlier than 7:30. We really enjoyed the bathroom layout and the shower. My only small complaints were the limited and odd tv channels, and the towel rack being across the room from the shower.

The staff and hotel were very nice. However, only few vehicles are allowed to stop in front of the hotel, you have to walk around the corner to get in to the hotel. Normally this is not a problem, but I broke my ankle during my visit and walking from the car to the door after hospital visit was excruciating. If you can’t walk far make sure your transportation is allowed to drop off at the door.

The reception staff were wonderful. Polite and helpful. The rooms had their own thermostat and the temperature was good. The bathroom was clean, updated and completely equipped. The room was quiet. The lobby had free apples, water, and Pastel da Natas. The location was convenient.

Great walkable location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cute with the azulejo tiles in the bathroom and room. Bed was comfortable. Given the location, could hear the tram outside so would be wary if you are a light sleeper. Of note, entrance is on a pedestrian/tram only street.

We had a great stay at Eurostars Lisboa Hotel! From the very first moment, we received excellent service—especially from Rafael Nunes at the reception, who was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with everything we needed. He truly made a difference and gave us a very warm, personal experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of high-quality options. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lisbon!
