Locke is a unique hotel. Takes a minute to get use to the layout. The staff was amazing. Make sure you have reservations for the restaurants for dinner they stay full and the food was very good. The staff is accommodating and very friendly. The bartender Maz is amazing be sure to say hello to him. Nelson on -1 at the Whiskey bar make cocktails like fine art and the vibe is so chill if you like jazzy hip-hop. Then chill out on -3 at the cocktail bar that has a funky vibe, you can catch Maz up there as well it opens at 10pm till am. The studio room is small, but very clean with a complete kitchen with a washer/dryer. It was nice going home with all clean clothes. Try to get a room over looking the pool and not the street, the traffic was a bit loud on the street side. Get your pool chair early. It fills up quickly. I highly recommend the Locke. Close walking to main shopping area, or it's an inexpensive Uber to main shopping and sights.

When you walk it has a hostel feel to it. So initially I was disappointed. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small, but have everything convience you need. I just had the studio. It has a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It was immaculately clean. The restaurants were tremendous. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. There is a High end Whiskey bar on level -3 from 7pm till 1pm, with very cool vibes. Maz was absolutely adorable and attentive at the pool bar. Nelson in the Whiskey bar made the best Old Fashioned yet. There is another cool vibe bar on -3 that opens at 10pm with cool hip hop vibe if you like artist such as Biggie. The front desk staff are always ready to help with a smile. The location is walkable to shopping and the main blvd and many restaurants. Differently highly recommend. It will be my go to whenever in Lisbon. I stayed at the Tivoli previously, though it's fancier, I love the vibe here!

Hôtel bien situé au centre-ville de Lisbonne. Très propre et le personnel dévoué et sympathique. Nous y avons séjourné 6 jours. Nous avons vraiment apprécié toutes les accommodations: les 2 restaurants de l’hôtel et aussi le café à l’entrée qui offre plusieurs choix de pâtisseries et breuvages tout simplement délicieux. La piscine fut très appréciée car nous avons eu une vague de chaleur intense durant notre séjour. Le seul hic c’est qu’il n’y a pas beaucoup de chaises longues avec matelas et ils sont réservés très tôt le matin. À part cela, tout était parfait ! Merci à toute l’équipe de cet hôtel pour avoir rendu notre séjour très agréable et mémorable 💕

We had a wonderful stay! Our suite was spotless and well thought out — a spacious shower, a handy kitchenette, and even a washer/dryer, which came in very useful. We appreciated being able to choose how often the room was cleaned (a nice nod to sustainability), while still getting fresh towels daily. The staff were a standout. They were easily reachable by WhatsApp, and the couple of small issues we had were sorted swiftly and without fuss. Food was another highlight. Breakfast is on the pricey side but fresh and plentiful, we thoroughly enjoyed meals at both onsite restaurants, and the café downstairs was perfect for a quick coffee and pastry. We loved the lively vibe of the location — though light sleepers should note you can hear the nightlife at times. For us, it was part of the charm. We'd happily return.

Helpful staff, happy to store our luggage until checkin. Room was a little tight with our extra luggage but we made it work. Had a great quiet room looking toward the pool, which I took the opportunity to use. Refreshing but a little weird swimming in front of other evening patrons coming for dinner and drinks, as they installed a temporary television at the end of the pool to screen the Football World Cup. Clean property the could use a good carpet clean in the hallway and the room mat had stains also. Nice hotel overall.

This hotel was so beautiful and convenient. It was closed to a lot of the main attractions and the parking and pool were a plus. There’s some amazing restaurants onsite and is within walking distance to many designer shops. The room we picked was a little small but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall I think this hotel was excellent.

We had a great stay at the Locke Hotel. We travelled as a family with our 3 year old. We stayed in a family suite, which was more than enough room for all of us. We found this hotel to be a great home base for the last few days of our trip. We were able to conveniently return our rental car to the europecar just down the street and relied on Ubers and the Hop On Hop Off bus for travel around Lisbon. We loved having the pool to come back to after a day of exploring and appreciated having easy access to the 2 restaurants on site (both were amazing). The buffet breakfast (which was included in our stay) was excellent and served in the beautiful Santa Joana restaurant. We will definitely recommend Locke hotel to any friends and family visiting Lisbon.

The reception is large enough with comfortable sofa to wait until the check-in time. The room was clean and well equipped. Wifi was efficient. The breakfast was a bit pricey but the quality was wonderful, fresh vegetables, fruit, smoked salmon, ham etc.. the decorations were also nice in the place for breakfast. The access to the subway is easy so although this hotel locates a bit far from the historical city center, it would not be a problem. Many nice restaurants are nearby walking distance.

Absolutely recommend this hotel for a Lisbon break. The rooms are gorgeous, we had no problem with noise and the facilities are great. Rooms are compact, but absolutely enough room for us. The decor was gorgeous, you get new towels every day and we appreciated the extra clean you get if you're staying for a longer time. To have the pool is an added bonus. It is a popular, large hotel so it can be busy but that didn't affect us, and if we wanted a pool lounger we made sure to get out there early. We ate at Santa Marta restaurant on site twice, the pizzas are amazing, the chocolate mousse the best we've ever eaten. All of the staff were super friendly and we had pastries and coffees daily from the coffee shop in reception, who had a brilliant selection including sandwiches. Also, the building the hotel is in is fascinating. Location wise, the hotel is really central, near to plenty of supermarkets and very easy for public transport or taxis (which are cheap in Lisbon). To get to the waterfront it's about a 30 minute walk through some of the most famous areas of the city and any further we got a quick Uber or Bolt which worked well every time.
