1. Identity cards or passport data are required before arrival, as per Portuguese laws.
2. Our properties do not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
3. Minimum booking age is 25.
4. Guests must show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
5. Special Requests are subject to availability, with additional charges applicable.
6. Portuguese law prohibits Nightly disturbances between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. To maintain a peaceful environment, we've installed a sound monitoring device. It measures decibel levels, especially after 22:00. If the limit is exceeded, a warning call will kindly request reduced noise. Also, the music played in/out of the home should be kept at a minimum level during the day.
7. Guests must respect neighbors' rest at all times.
8. Pets are allowed. (1 upon request)
9. The Tourist Tax applies to individuals over the age of 12 at a rate of €2.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days. Payment can be made in cash at check-in or via credit card directly to City Hall of Albufeira.

A damage deposit of €500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. It is possible to be paid in cash, the refund will be done at check-out upon inspection.
