It was a very clean room upon arrival. I was greeted with a smile and the man who helped me check in was very kind and made sure I knew what was around whether it was the grocery store or some places he’d recommend to eat There was sadly a water shortage (which is sadly common) but Ola made sure to communicate their status prior to my arrival so there were no surprises and I was more than happy to oblige and do my part to be frugal on water. The amenities were great. Our room had a safe, fridge, and sink in the kitchenette outside the bathroom which was VERY useful. The elevator is quite small so be prepared for this. It’s only four floors. The bar and bartenders were always the same throughout our stay… open and with someone ready to serve you. Exactly what you want in Puerto Rico. I was very impressed with the breakfast. It’s small (fits on the bar) but has a lot more than meets the eye. There was waffle sticks, sausage links, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, juices and hard boiled eggs were all out and ready with someone behind the bar to cook you other things upon request. We told them we booked through Expedia and the came to our room with a bottle of wine! Would recommend! Walking distance from condado beach and so much around the hotel

We liked the hotel stay and staff is were helpful and friendly. Just a small suggestion to fix the parking lot if we bring a Mini van and if they could keep safety locker is all room that should help.

The hotel was very clean , the staff were very nice and helpful especially Chris , he was very attentive and extremely helpful. The lounge / bar area was very nice. Would be lying if I say I was a bit upset that there was no restaurant/ bar area on the roof, it was being renovated, and the spa was not on the grounds& no appointments were available. However it was very close to a lot of places, it was a plus that there was a food truck open next door and 24 hr. Market across the street. I would probably go back again it was a great location.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The breakfast while we were there was light, but it is free with your stay and worth it on mornings you have excursions and need to get out quick. There is a Starbucks across the street and an awesome food truck right next door. The SuperMax right in front had everything you would need for your stay, and the best flan!!! The staff were all so kind and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants to stay in the city. Great stay!

The breakfast was hearty and delicious. Location is just a 10 minute walk from the beach and the supermarket across the street has a great buffet. We ate dinner there several times. We had a little trouble with the TV connecting. Plus there is a fee if you want to check in early or late.

We will definitely stay here again the next time we come. We stayed for 5 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel offers a real breakfast every day. Eggs, sausage, fruit, french toast, waffles and juice. Our room was big and the bed was ok. There were a few blackouts that couldn't be helped but all in all a great stay.

TV in the room did not work unless you log into your apps TV in the bedroom did not work at all,. Continental breakfast menu was limited. They should have an option for non-pork waters I do appreciate them giving me a paper for areas that I can sightseeing near the hotel. Nice place to Stay .
