Room was very clean, beds and linens and pillows were comfortable and provided a good nights rest after a long day of travel, water pressure and towels were great. Just note that street traffic and outside noises and people on the streets and others in the hotel are definitely heard by all. Foam ear plugs are provided for this. Even with this being said we slept great and were comfortable and would come here again.

We like the location, close to everything and walkable to restaurants and grocery stores. My third time here - we park on the street, no problem. My wife says the rooms are clean and the staff is very attentive.

The room was clean, they had it decorated for my birthday which was very sweet! Every time we needed anything they got it done very efficiently and the staff was amazing!!! We will definitely be staying here again! Also this was in the heart of San Juan and everything was close which made a big difference!!

Finding parking on the street and checking in after hours was difficult. Our flight came in late after the hotel staff was gone. We checked in with help from the gracious host who used the ring door cam to view my ID. We should have checked in online prior to getting to the hotel, but our flight was late and we had difficulty using our phones.

The basic room concept is something more hotels should utilize. Had everything you could need for a one-few night stay. Spotless room with AC pumping. Almost missed my flight to stay and sleep more in this room lol

I had no idea about the hotels or the area for our overnight stay before we left on our cruise. I felt extremely lucky I chose this property. We came in late at night and had the first half of the next day. It was a really cute boutique style hotel with a very spacious room and nicely appointed bathroom. I’m glad the website mentioned no elevator. I chose the a first floor room so we didn’t have to haul bags up the stairs. Check out was 11:00 but Lin at the front desk was kind enough to hold our luggage for us while we explored a little bit, not to mention he was also very patient with our slightly late check out. This was a surprise gem in a big unknown and I highly recommend it!
