This place is recommended. It is a wonderful place to relax and take in the beauty of Roman cities. The place is in a good position and near to the city center in Isnot and Ransom Castle, 15 minutes from Bran Castle and 10 minutes from Point Brass. This place has a nice and well-equipped restaurant, spa, fitness gym, club and a lot of space for kids and adults to enjoy their holiday.

The condition of the hotel was wonderful. I have a good experience at this hotel with my family. The location is very good, and we really appreciate the view. The mountains are fantastic, everything is at least 5 stars. The staff was kind and friendly. We recommend 100 points.

This location is fantastic. Everything in this location deserves at least five stars. The mountains are amazing. The personnel are friendly and kind. 100 is a recommendation. But again, the leadership is a must.

We are very satisfied and highly recommend this place. The room is spotless and nicely decorated. The housekeepers were very caring and helpful in planning our next day of trips. Full facilities are available. Hotels, sauna, tube, restaurant, club, conference, pool.

Due to the positive ratings we read on tripadvisor, we decided to book the ransom to Complex Touristic Maxim International for our twoweek winter vacation. We were made to feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived and were invited to sit down for lunch just before the eatery closed. All the food was kept out, until we and the other guests were done. The hotel is directly across the mountain, so the kids were always occupied and never bored. Each day, there is a program of activities, including a pool, table tennis, playstation, fitness, aerobics, sauna, and jacuzzi for both kids and adults. The entertainment staff is hard working and a credit to the hotel. They also provide evening entertainment, which is exceptional compared to most other hotels weve visited. In fact, we typically avoid evening entertainment at other hotels, but not at the ransom. They definitely delighted us. The staff were all great, very polite and never go out of their way for you. In particular, max and alina always made sure we were well taken care of and took the time to chat with us and make sure everything was okay. Food was plentiful and clean, and cleanliness was generally of very high standards. In contrast, we went on a day trip to the Rosen citadel, which was nowhere near as well maintained as the hotel. The room was withbno natural light. The window was covered with some publicity. I woke up 3 hours late in the morning as I use natural light to wake up. I could not take a notmal shower in 4 days as it was defective. Water was coming out from the wall instead from the shower. I think they gave me the worst room they have as I stayed there 3 times already and it was wonderful. The wc sitting place was loose and it was a challenge to use it... I hope they fix it before mtly next trip.
