Nice place to stay in Baisoara. Comfortable rooms, a spa with jacuzzi, swimming pool and relaxing area. The spa has a sauna but it wasn't working while we were there. You can play tennis, football, basketball, and other sports on site. The restaurant serves delicious meals.

We stayed for 3 nights. From the start, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, nice spa area and swimming pool, perfect to relax and enjoy the quiet place of the time, you can even work from here. I definitely return and recommend this place to anyone or family.

This hotel has a great atmosphere and friendly personnel, the exterior of the room is nice and well placed with terraces, grill, football and tennis courts, as well as the amenities that they offer indoors such as a restaurant, spa, children's playground, and tennis area, billiards, and darts have exceeded my expectations.

The location is an hour drive from the club between the hills road is under repair for two years now, terrible to drive. The place looks exactly as described, sports fields, and cozy little resting areas. The indoor pool was small but clean, the spa worked well but closed too early even if we rented the full pension for our corporate event. Food was adequate, so was the breakfast menu agreed in advance and played over the offered bit expensive prices. Rooms are small, there is no daily cleaning, some dryers do not work, and WiFi cant handle all the devices. The staff is friendly but slow, and they charge an extra 100 euros for a night bar despite there being no such service along with other shady tricks. You can visit or book there but make sure to discuss every term in advance and put in a contract.

I spent two nights with my wife and two children, and everything was amazing. Mars. Dana, the waiter, the cook, and others deserve 1010 for the services they provided us. It's great value for money, I recommend it to everyone, whether you have children or not. There are many activities, and the area is lovely. I also stated that every time we return to Romanian, we will spend a few days guaranteed at your location. I appreciate you once more and wish you could stay like this with your customers.
