Please note that guests are asked to show bank card used for making a reservation. When not having one on them, prepayment will be returned and payment with a different method will be required. Guests are required to provide a passport upon check-in. Citizens of the Russian Federation are required to show a Russian national passport upon check-in. Children under the age of 14 are accommodated only after presenting the birth certificate. Foreign citizens are required to present a passport of each staying person, migration card and valid visa or other document confirming the legal stay in the Russian Federation. All foreign citizens coming to Russia, independently on the type of their visas, are obliged to receive personal migration registration within 7 working days after arrival to Russia. Room cleaning details: for the stays from 1 to 3 nights: daily cleaning / 4-7 nights : cleaning upon request with additional payment / 8 and more nights : weekly cleaning. The price for pets accommodation: - 1-3 days: price for each pet is RUB 1200 for every day of accommodation - 4-9 days: price for each pet is RUB 900 for every day of accommodation - more than 10 days: price for each pet is RUB 500 for every day of accommodation Free accommodation for 2 children under the age of 12 sharing parents' room, within the maximum number of persons per room allowed. Breakfast for children must be booked and paid upon arrival at the hotel.
