A damage deposit of RUB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly asked to present their passport and a bank card used for booking upon check-in. The guest who made the booking must be the holder of the bank card. In case a card is not presented, prepayment will be returned and a different payment method will be required. Please note that payment from third parties (not guests) can only be accepted via bank transfer. Please inform the property in advance in such case to obtain an invoice for payment. Russian guests are kindly asked to present a national passport at check-in. Children 14 years and younger are kindly asked to present their birth certificate. Foreign guests need to provide a passport with a visa and migration card. Please note that extra bed does not include breakfast.
