I thought the place was a great find. Everyone was so nice and the place was clean. The rooms were big. They had internet, a pool and great views of the city. I would def go back.

I would definitely stay here again and have stayed at, umubano, gloria and iris on kali and have spent a lot of time at marriott, serena and madison. For a relaxed and local experience, whether for business or vacation I would highly recommend this hotel. We were in the apartment which were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent. The grounds were excellent. Everyone really enjoyed staying here. I would definitely stay here again and have stayed at onto, Umubano, Gloria, and Iris on Kali and spent a lot of time at marriott, serena, and madison.

This place is really wonderful for couples. I will be back to stay here again. It has a peaceful atmosphere, is very clean, and has a lovely atmosphere. The cuisine is great. Pufurahia, tanzania, mature wahudumu, and Kinya Humma.

The atmosphere is very friendly with the attentive and friendly employees. The decor is distinctly contemporary and distinctive, lacking the traditional conference ambiance of many international hotels. The rooms are cozy and tidy, with private outdoor seating area and a small pool that is kept immaculate. Coffee and breakfast are available all day, and the food was delicious. For other meals, there is no bar or restaurant, but several excellent restaurants are close by. This hotel offers excellent value for money, and I look forward to my next visit.

Thumbs up to the staff who were so helpful and courteous. If you're looking for an affordable, quiet and decent place to stay, i would definitely recommend staying here. The rooms have a bit of a safari feel to them; the floors can get cold, so i would suggest carrying/wearing slippers. Make sure to request one of the rooms in front of the pool, the view is lovely at night. Also if you're looking for a ride to get you around Kigali, ask for Alphonse. The washrooms are starting to age a bit, but it's manageable if you're not staying too long (also the rooms are cleaned everyday). Enjoy!

The airport pick up was great. Nice guy who waited for hours because the flight was late. The location is fine, but a bit isolated. The rooms are quite nice. But there is not air-conditioning and they did not have fans available. The staff was fine, but not overly friendly or helpful. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing hot. It was OK for a one night stay.

キガリタワーまで歩いて１５分程度と立地は良いと思います。（夜は、ホテルまでの道に街灯はあるものの暗いので、タクシーで帰るのがベター）プールは、おそらく毎日掃除しているためか、すごくきれいです。朝食のオムレツには、地元で採れた野菜が入っていて、ピーマンが香り豊かですごくおいしかったです。ホテルスタッフの対応も丁寧でやさしく、おすすめします。

The hotel was nice, although not amazing enough to justify the price. It might just be that all of Rwanda is pretty expensive. Clean room, good breakfast and a very nice pool for relaxing at. The staff were very friendly, but it was a bit difficult to get information out of them, for example maps or things to do in Kigali. Wifi worked sometimes, others not so much - a few times I had to ask the staff to reset the router. Good place overall.

The hotel is conveniently located, intimate, friendly and an overall fine place to stay. The staff is kind, attentive and helpful and this is a very calm and pleasant place to stay. I spent much of my time working in my room, enjoying the high quality internet connection and looking out over a really nice view of Kigali. Only one word of caution, on weekends, the sounds of a disco go on all night. If this sort of thing bothers you and you will be there on a Friday or Saturday night, ask for a room in the back. They aren't as nice and don't have any view, but they are quieter.

Mooi hotelletje, vanuit alle 10 kamers op b.g. loop je zo de tuin in, rustige plek met mooi uitzicht, leuk om je ontbijt buiten te eten. Ontbijtbuffet is simpel maar gezond (bruin brood, cereals, fruit, omeletje, goede koffie, etc). Personeel is behulpzaam. Maar inrichting vd kamer is niet heel handig, er is geen bedlampje, bijvoorbeeld. Afwerking met (soms) goedkope materialen is wat irritant: de douchestang zat los en op dag 3 zakte ik (80 kg, alleen) door het bed.. Werd opgelost door me naar een andere kamer te verhuizen. Nadeel van dit hotel is dat je de deur uit moet om 's middags of 's avonds te eten. Wel zijn er verschillende restaurants om de hoek, dus geen echt probleem. Zoek je vertier dan is dit niet de plek, zoek je rust, dan is het een lekkere plek.

Stayed for 2 weeks for a business trip. Overall, pretty basic, but good location, comfortable bed, and very pretty lounge/pool area. Was surprised to find that the room didn't have very many usual amenities - no phone, no shampoo/shower gel, no A/C, no room safe, no pen or notepad. The wifi speed was good, and the continental breakfast was good. Unfortunately I had $40 go missing from my suitcase while I stayed here (I knew I was risking it a bit, but was hoping there would be a room safe), and the hotel staff didn't handle it in a satisfactory way. No apologies, nothing really, just awkward nodding and walking away. So my impression of the service, overall, is not very positive. But if nothing goes wrong, they seem perfectly nice. For 4-5 nights I could also hear bass from loud music somewhere, until about 6AM, bothered me the first couple of nights and then I got used to it. Not sure if it was coming from a nearby building, but the thudding was pretty annoying.

It's clean, well-positioned and the staff do everything they can to help. From that respect you can't fault it. BUT it's not really an hotel.....if you expect an hotel to have a restaurant, bar or anything other than rooms. Which this doesn't. Just a room with a broken TV! And in comparison to 'proper' hotels very close by it's as, or more, expensive. I can't think of any reason to return other than the staff who did everything possible to maximise the experience in the absence of anything you could describe as a facility!
