All rooms are excellent. Breakfeast, room service and transportation are excellent. The hotel staff are friendly, they like to help people, at night they are friendly, and the pool is nice. Very clean laundry, all the rooms are well maintained. Everyone visits this hotel and must stay.

Despite the superior reception, the hotel has some of the most excellent features. As bellman manages the hotel, I have the impression that it was a great choice. Then, as is alleged in a few of the following comments. At this hotel, there are poor guest relations, and non-Arabic speakers will have a hard time. As a result, our chauffeur was not even able to make it to the airport and provided no information about the driver's contact information. It is not advised that you use the hotels pickup service, rather, find an uber or negotiate with the outside taxi driver. The ride should not cost more than sar 75. Apart from the terrible rate, the hotel was fine. The interior design was decent and the rooms were decent. But one thing was clear: this was a hotel far below its prime. Back in the day, it could have been the original, but it still has a 30 or 40-year-old decor that feels old and requires significant renovations. The selection of breakfast buffet was decent, but nothing spectacular with the standard of typical Arabic hospitality. Overall, I wouldn't advise anyone traveling to stay for fun, if for a business purpose, and if you speak Arabic, it wouldn't be too stressful. Others should stay away from this property.

I had poor experiences at this hotel before, but this time, it has been fantastic. The rooms are so absolutely beautiful, spacious, spotless, and furnished with every comfort one might require. The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff is lovely. I'd never met someone who goes out of his way to ensure the comfort of his visitors! Dad deserves a huge thank you for his wonderful hospitality. We didn't get any worse than he did to make sure we were comfortable and happy. He was incredibly kind and sincere. Regardless of what they are doing, he truly deserves a recommendation for this hotel. Father's terrific customer service leaves a huge mark on the motel. He is a true asset to the hotel. Everyone at the hotel deserves good work. Looking forward to our upcoming visit. best wishes.
