Hotel yang kami tempati pada musim haji tahun Bahkan baunya pun menyelimuti hidung saya. Apakah orang merindukan mengantri lift? Saya merindukannya. Anda harus menemukan toko.

Karena kebanyakan orang yang datang ke sini lebih mengutamakan pelayanan daripada harapan materi seperti kamar hotel dan makanan, saya tidak melihat kekurangan dalam hal ini. Karena kami datang selama musim haji, hotelnya ramai dan kami mengalami masalah dengan lift pada jam-jam biasa. Saya pikir hotel ini sangat menguntungkan karena berjarak sekitar 3,5 km dari Masjidil Haram dan shuttle bus tidak ada yang berganti. Namun, jika Anda pergi ke Masjidil Haram dengan taksi, naiklah taksi paling mahal 25 Riyal. Tidak masuk akal jika Anda membayar lebih.

Saya pesan kamar dan mereka memberi kami kamar dengan dua tempat tidur terpisah. Saya minta air. Pekerja memberi tahu saya dua kaleng air sehari. Saya tidak tahu dari kepalanya. Jika tidak, kebijakan hotel adalah tidak dekat dengan Masjidil Haram. Diperlukan mobil dan tidak ada binatu di hotel yang menangani binatu eksternal. Yang membedakan hotel ini adalah tiga hal: dekat dengan stasiun kereta Haramain, ketenangan lobi, dan restoran Mac di dekatnya.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially moishale from the moment i arrived, making everything very easy and relaxed. My room was clean, comfortable and had everything i needed. The bed was very comfortable, the wifi worked great and i loved having a small coffee station in the room. It was a great place to stay overall. No complaints at all and i would happily book here again next time i visit makkha.

Saya datang ke hotel ini pada hari tersibuk pada tanggal 26 Desember, dan akses masuknya mudah dan cepat. Meskipun saya datang lebih awal dan saat itu matahari terbit. Saya meminta mereka untuk menundanya sampai jam 2 siang. Mereka tidak berhasil dan tidak ada yang memanggil saya. Saya mendatangi mereka dan menyerahkan kamar tersebut, sekitar setengah. Karyawannya terhormat dan profesional, manajer Mesir, dan juga karyawan di malam hari. Seluruh ruangan sangat indah, kamarnya sangat bersih dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Semoga Tuhan membalas Anda. Hanya ada 3 catatan untuk perbaikan. Pertama, naik bus untuk transportasi ke dan dari Masjidil Haram. Kedua, tirai di dalam ruangan tidak menutupi sebagian besar sinar matahari. Harap pasang tirai yang lebih besar yang menghalangi sinar matahari sepenuhnya bagi mereka yang ingin tidur dengan nyaman. Ketiga, pancurannya tidak turun ke kanan dan ke kiri. Saya harus bisa menurunkannya dan menaikkannya. Terima kasih dan semoga sukses. Selamat Tahun Baru.

The hotel location was good and on a main road. This meant noise from the street and a lot of honking. On the other hand, the hotel staff didn't clean the room daily or any other time. Front desk doesn't answer the phone, ever. No breakfast buffet as stated on the hotel offerings. Only room service for food orders. No iron in the room. Only one set of towels and never changed during my 5 day stay. I ran out of toilet paper and had to look for more.

Worst hotel. But close by the prophet mosque which what I was looking for. Very old everything and smell is horrible.
