I will never hesitate to request this place, because the employee is friendly and attentive. All staff were friendly. In my opinion, this place should be maintained in terms of standards for marriage. The service is also very good and very good.

I really like it and would like to choose here again! The room has a very cozy feel. I like the bedding and the pillows are very comfortable. The sofa is also very soft and you can comfortably nest in it.

The location is in the city center. It is quite convenient to go to various places in town. Breakfast is available in a variety of varieties. Not bad.

I will definitely return. It was one of the most beautiful stays ive ever had, its my first time in jeddah. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is welltrained and experienced, especially mr. Shrouq, who did an excellent job when i made my lastminute reservation before entering the lobby, and he obtained my reservation information, which typically takes some time to appear on the system. I appreciate her assistance and want to thank her and the rest of your staff for their wonderful hospitality.

A good place for a short visit. The location was good, close to the airport and other places as well. Staff were very friendly and professional. This hotel needs renovation for the rooms and the area overall as it is dated compared to other hotels in jeddah.

The hotel is in a great location, and everything about it is fine. I will stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is getting older, but it is still clean. The staff is very friendly.

It is worth recommending. I initially intended to stay for a few days. The breakfast and service were excellent. Additionally, the downstairs is more practical. Since there are Chinese restaurants nearby, i decided to extend my stay. In addition, considering the price, it offers attractive value in the same neighborhood.

In fairness, the hotel was in need of repair, so this review is somewhat ruined by this. The room was clean, but it had a very musty cigarette smell throughout the entire weeklong stay even though smoking is not permitted. I think it may have been there at one point or that guests did so anyway. Also, even with the thermostat set lower and the shades pulled closed while leaving the room in complete darkness for days, it never got cooler than 23 deg. This was unfortunate because the rooms city view was excellent. Just couldnt get past the warm room and mustier, stale smell. Breakfast was adequate, and all the service staff were very polite. Executive lounge was marginal and certainly not as nice as many other hotels. Service was about the best feature of the lounge. A colleague who stayed at the same hotel had an identical experience. However, downstairs lobby was nice and very clean. Overall, this is at least rated, although at this time, we wouldnt rate it any higher.

This hotel is located in the center of jeddah and next to jejd dah international market. It is one of the oldest hotels in this area.

I had a very comfortable nights sleep thanks to the comfy bed! Although i think the hotels decor is dated, it is immaculate, and the breakfast waiter was excellent! Its quite handy to shop because there is an enormous supermarket and shopping mall right next to this hotel!.

I went on a business trip to this hotel. Excellent service and location. It is close to the airport and train stations, and there is sytay mall right next to it. Which saved me time. I want to express my gratitude for the kind greeting from banded and shoroq, as well as the man from the concierge. The rooms are tidy and spotless. A workshop room is an excellent idea. Breakfast has dozens of options and attentive personnel. Only the pool is available, although there are some options for women.

A corny hotel. Compare it to the domestic all season level. There is a Filipino mall next to it which is quite convenient for daily needs.

Excellent service and accommodation. The rooms are really roomy and cozy, even though i cant find the room photo. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious and has a variety of dishes that appeal to different cultures. Continue your fantastic work.
