I am so happy for eden. The apartment was such a pleasant surprise because you entered an old building in the middle of Belgrade street where nothing is and you don't expect anything, but when you open a big metal door, you will find a small beautiful hotel with a smiling and caring staff that welcomes you as a friend but not a client. The room is very stylish, with a big and comfortable bed and modern equipment. Our room was on the side of the main street with lights and noise outside, but the inside was very quiet and comfortable. Moreover, a super comfortable mattress is a big plus. Overall, a great spot to stay at a fair price. I. I. We stayed for Valentine's Day and asked if they had a big bottle of wine and snacks that weren't a minibar. They didn't have them, but the ladies were willing to go out and buy for us everything we needed, which left a positive impression of kindness. Bravo for eden!.

After a tough day on reviews, here we go! The front desk employee leaving at 2200 made the first comment to the hotel, katrina, who was an excellent customer service professional, greeted me with a smile. Without guidance, finding a hotel is challenging. In a disused structure, it has about five or six rooms. The buildings entrance is unappealing. The lift is incredibly small, out of date, and in need of repairs. When I arrived in my accommodation, it was much smaller than I had anticipated. These accommodations do not meet high standards if you enjoy spacious rooms with a wonderful, good finish. The furniture was damaged, the walls needed to be painted, and the shower drains water so slow. On the vanity, there are a few lights out. Please leave your room before 1400 for service before you want it cleaned. I was informed that the cleaning woman leaves after 1400. My room was not cleaned on the last day I was there because it did not meet this time limit. If you want room service when you want it, you can get it. No breakfast is provided! High speed internet is available at this hotel. The receptionist leaves at 2200. This motel is situated in the heart of the city. Depending on your expectations, this motel is fine. This is not your hotel if its suitable finish, breakfast, on-site

Excellent location in the middle of the city on the main road. Despite it's peaceful and private. Nice clean rooms and excellent service. Our room smelled slightly damp and closed, other than that, nothing to complain about.

The 3 nights we spent were quite brief but very fun. All the restaurants we visited were very delicious here, according to the pictures, the Eden Hotel is on the known Mihailova street in Belgrade. The rooms are modern, and the bed is comfortable if you want more luxury edition than choose the eden luxury suites terazije.

Yes, the hotel entrances appear doubtful but they are not the ones mentioned in the reviews below. You are led up by a large elevator and when you exit it seems like you've entered some hidden vip area. It's lovely. The rooms are beautiful, especially for the price. The location is ideal. I thought the hotel's location on a major road with no private access would be a problem with requesting a taxi, but it wasn't. They were on it. My room had a wonderful view of the church and the street, but it did get noisy at night. And there was some light pollution. If you want a quieter room, perhaps ask for one without a view.
