The entire hotel staff was fantastic! Everyone, from the receptionist to the manager to the housekeeping, was very helpful and accommodating. All receptionists spoke excellent English. The hotel entrance is a little difficult, the rps directs you to the back. Alternatively, the location is ideal for nearby shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant is fantastic! The food quality and service are excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Even the kitchen staff brought us a breakfast to go on our early morning flight. Will definitely stay again!.

This hotel has a small size but it is well organized and clean. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the staff is always polite. No complaints here. If the road brings us back to this place, I will not hesitate to come back here.

The hotel is really useful, very friendly, the room is small and comfortable, and the breakfast is good, if the music in the room is too loud, the bed vibrates a bit & they do it, after that, the music at midnight is too loud and then they ask for a bass reduction because that's the only solution they gave, besides that, it's ok, if we can do it without any complications, don't come here, this hotel is very different from the others I have come to, and the good part is the hotel.

This is a negative for disabled individuals. I stayed twice in a week, both times were above average. The hotel is in a great suburb of degrade and is also conveniently located near the new highway. With Bus 53, you can get to the city center in 15 minutes. The room was large, clean, and cozy. There is a lovely restaurant near the hotel, and the open buffet breakfast was great too. There is free parking in front of the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. During my second visit, I left very early, but it was until breakfast time and they brought me a lunch box to take away. There is no elevator, and carrying your luggage to the second story is difficult. There is no opening window at 2. Floor rooms, and they state that they are smoking rooms, which is, however, a air conditioner has no capability to circulate fresh air into the room.

We reserved almost all of the rooms at this hotel for our son's wedding, which was also the site for the reception. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly, extremely organized, and couldn't help enough. From fast tracking a forgotten passport to city hall to saving a cancelled wedding! They put in a lot of work to create a smooth reception and assisted our guests with all tours and taxis throughout the weekend to give them all a fantastic weekend break. A huge thank you and five stars for this hotel and its staff. Without a doubt, I would recommend.
