Checked in at 0200 and dropped dead immediately. Woke up to a very nice hotel with lots of history and cool. Too bad there wasn’t a window in the room with any view. Nice minibar and everything you need. If you need to go to the convenience store, there is a 7-11 across the street. Staff very friendly and pointed me to a place nearby for their pool and gym.

Truly stylish hotel that creates a sophisticated atmosphere without being stuffy. Great breakfast, and a relaxed happy hour that allowed us to make friends with other guests. Walking distance to everything, very safe area.

A hotel is only as good as the staff and I must say, the Bellmen were amazing! Especially Jamil! He was very sweet and brought us things to make us more comfortable even without asking. Our selected room came with use of the lounge which included nibbles and cocktails which made the price well worth it for us! I cannot wait to come back and stay again.

The most atmospheric hotel in town. One of the most iconic buildings in the area, this wellmaintained heritage structure, complete with its original grandfather lift, is well worth the staycay even with its exorbitant room rates. The room, however, falls short of the high expectations that the name suggests. The spiral staircase is the main attraction, but its overall design lacks careful consideration for safety and character. The stairs are a safety hazard, so be careful with your head when you need to make coffee at the bar. There are way too many standing lights, but there isnt a single painting on the wall to soften the room. The tv is a modest flatscreen that is recklessly thrown beneath a hanging bright light. The service is excellent, as i would have expected from a worldclass hotel chain. Overall, a great experience, but could have been perfect with some improvements.

About Duxton Reserve Singapur, Autograph Collection

Set within the 1860s shophouses on Duxton Hill, Duxton Reserve Singapore, Autograph Collection is an intimate hotel in the heart of Singapore's most storied neighbourhood. The building is a conservation property - preserved rather than restored - and the hotel inside it has been designed at the same scale: small enough that the front desk knows you by name, distinctive enough that no two rooms repeat themselves. Duxton Hill is a working neighbourhood. Bars, restaurants, galleries, ateliers - the kind of street locals know well and visitors tend to discover by accident. The hotel sits quietly inside it, a private world hidden in plain sight. Yellow Pot is our kitchen. Anouska's is our evening room. Duxton Reserve is the house that contains them both.
