Novy, tichy a kludny hotel, prijemne prostredie hned pri kupelnom parku, pesej zone a aquaparku. Priatelsky personal a vyborne spa (vratane masazi). Dobra restauracia, vyborne ranajky a aj viacere stravovacie moznosti v tesnej blizkosti hotela. Najst pristup ku hotelu autom nie je uplne jednoduche, kedze sa nachadza v pesej zone.

This property is known for it's thermal spring and spa, which are located about two hours outside of Bratislava. When we arrived around lunchtime, we were greeted with a beverage while the staff handled the check-in procedures and parked the car. The hotel has a thermal bath and a luxurious dining area with live music. The accommodation was very spacious and tastefully furnished with views of the square in front of the hotel. The meals offered regional dishes and a wide variety of local wines. The staff was incredibly kind and took good care of their work. A hidden treasure that should be in our travel plans when in this part of Slovenia.

When I got there at 1.00 am, check-in took a long time. Things were quite challenging at first. It would have been nice to have seen a tour to explain the way to the spa, etc. I never found the route from the bedroom to the spa without using the reception on the day. I only got a treatment list in English on the day despite my request for a list. The bedroom was quite cozy and the food was fantastic. The dining room was quite formal at the weekend with the pianist, but you could eat on the terrace. Tea and strudel are served in the afternoon. The spa was wonderful. The personnel was wonderful. Even though the girls didn't speak English, the spa was exceptionally well taken care of. The aqua park is available directly from the hotel. A lovely little park in front of the hotel was perfect for strolling. Without a doubt, I'll return.

The only negative side is that the employee can't speak English. The hotel provides fantastic spa facilities and staff. The food is decent not excellent. The apartment has the best furniture and the bed is great. The bathroom is spacious and comfortable.

In august 2021, we rented three rooms for a group of eight people, including four kids. In addition to being spacious, the motel's public spaces and rooms are attractive. The spa is excellent, and I really mean it, a real world-class spa. As part of the accommodation rate, treatments were included. It was excellent for breakfast. The more senior employees, especially pavel and dada, did their best to resolve a few of our concerns. The cleanliness was patchy. For instance, tea, coffee, sugar was not replenished, there was no milk available for teacoffee, towels were occasionally changed, sometimes not, etc. The evening meal was, however, the major letdown. First, the hotel ludicrous expected guests to order their evening meal 24 hours in advance. They lacked sufficient food even with 24 hours' notice. A few examples. Ridiculously small fish fillet, served with cooked vegetables and no sauce. The fish had been cooked and kept warm, making it completely dry. Burger and chips with a bland burger and flabby chips. Crepe subete that was simply inedible, bread cut hours before serving, and was stale. It appears that only 2 chefs were working in the kitchen, plus the head chef when he was out working, which wasnt often. The hotel claimed they had difficulties hiring
