Although it's in a nice apartment, it's bombs, but staying here is the best option if you want to experience a great view. Even though the view from the bathroom is incredible, it is only 2 minutes from the beach. The kitchenware I plates are old. Quayside apartment 311 may be giving Points apartments waterfront a bad reputation. Like the rest of the apartments, it is not kept up to date. Everything in the living room needs updating. You must sit on a stool because the bathroom mirror is so high. It is incredibly noisy due to the suction vent motor in the bathroom, and its current version is r 250 and doesn't have wifi, making it impossible to watch Netflix even though there is good WiFi in the apartment. The bathroom's old type with no wi-fi capabilities, and the bathroom suction vent motor is very noisy.

I can't go back and visit again, and I would suggest this place as the first choice for any Kin or Leisure visitor. I usually stay at Ia when on business in kin, but this was the first time I stayed there on vacation and only stayed one night on December night, December 2019, when we were on the way to Mozambique. We arrived late, but the staff was waiting for us and led us to our apartment, it was unbelievable. I really enjoy staying at Ia. The beds are very comfortable, the views are incredible, it is close to restaurants and sight seeing walking distance and very safe. I didn't want to leave and would have happily stayed. Shortly after our visit, I heard they opened Mama Cafe, which I am sorry I missed because the reviews were great.

This apartment is in a good location to live in the middle of the city, it is close to the city harbor, beaches, and the seaside. In terms of security, it is not a troublesome location. The apartment looks attractive and elegant with beautiful modern construction. The location is also good in this area.
